Loved the style of the property inside and everywhere was very clean and highly maintained Comfortable bed and very stylish had everything we needed Maybe just 1 feedback would have liked a coffee tea machine in the room Always feel that’s a plus Otherwise would definitely be back standard as high as Rocco Forte and the breakfast was superb .. Lovely staff too very polite but friendly

Fantastic place to stay in a great location in the center of Florence. Incredible staff, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding! Shower was an absolute dream. Highly recommend La Gemma!

The was a strange odor in the bathroom, but the odor mirrored one that we smelled throughout random stores in the city.

We literally could not fault our stay

The whole experience was second to none, from the moment we walked in the door. The reception staff were the most welcoming, the complimentary drink in the bar, the beautiful room and hotel, perfect turn down service, the complimentary chocolates, the amazing service at breakfast and the food itself, and a lovely greeting on our departure. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in for quality of decor, professional yet friendly staff and location

Fantastic location, staff helpful and friendly. The welcome on arrival was so welcoming with a trip to the beautiful bar for a welcome drink and little note and chocolates in the room on arrival.

Nothing we didn’t like, but a coffee machine in the room would have been welcome, though soft drinks from mini bar at no charge were a good surprise.

Perfect location in the middle of Florence, close to all main points of interest. Exceptional design, great restaurant and , above all, friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable and quiet - well soundproofed.

Super friendly staff looking for ways to make us feel welcomed. Daniel and the pretty lady at the reception were always smiling and helpful Management took all notes into consideration before our arrival and they had us check in before time Location was perfect Everything was clean and neat We ended up extending our stay for two additional nights and gave up our prepaid stay at another location

Staff were very attentive. I had laundry done, ordered an extra duvet and everything was met with friendliness and under five minutes. Florin from the reception was amazing. Incredible interior design of the bedroom and the hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Definitely re-visiting again!
