Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The whole experience was second to none, from the moment we walked in the door. The reception staff were the most welcoming, the complimentary drink in the bar, the beautiful room and hotel, perfect turn down service, the complimentary chocolates, the amazing service at breakfast and the food itself, and a lovely greeting on our departure. Perfect location in the middle of Florence, close to all main points of interest. Exceptional design, great restaurant and , above all, friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable and quiet - well soundproofed.

GeorgiaWe spent very nice weekend in this hotel. The charming and caring staff, who congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, helped us decide on the choice of restaurants. The hotel itself is very stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, a selection of drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast is a la carte - what could be better.

SingaporeThe fixtures in the bathroom were slightly substandard for example, the toilet system kept clogging up and didn’t have a strong flush system. The bath shower knob kept falling off so we had to affix it back. They also didn’t provide an iron due to fire safety issues but didn’t have an alternative such as steamer.
The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and generally welcoming. The rooms and hotel are super tastefully furnished and well decorated. the location is unbeatable it’s super near to the main shopping stretch so it’s extremely convenient to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

United Arab EmiratesThe Iranian person I forgot his name was vey bad and attitude, who i think needs to be trained well. He doesn’t know how to speak with the guest and on the second day he was looking at me and like he will not say hi . The other people were nice, smile and welcoming . Also the house keeping they were not bad but they need to be trained more as every day i have to remind them to bring towel, add refill for shampoo, refill the water ,,etc. One other thing that i hope next time to have a concierge who can support and recommend places, however, Jan Luca the Manager was really helpful and recommended to us
