Amazing!!, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this time, for the very first time, I take my hat. This place deserves a 6 star. In my world, i give as many stars that I want, period. the lovely couple(managers), the views, the service, the views, the distance from pisa or Florence, the views! Thank you!. Me and my wife left, only wishing we could stay forever!.

Couldn't work the Aircon in the room.

It was all great. It didn't bother us but no elevator for 3 floors and no fridge in our room for drinks.

Beautiful stone and stucco buildings. Lovely breakfast room and filling breakfast. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Bathroom was nice but shower was very small. GPS was a little off but found the place easily. Pool and views were lovely. Good location just off the hwy for our trip from Rome to Cinque Terre. So peaceful and quiet here. Would stay again!

Beautiful off road kind of hotel. The pool was amazing, could be a bit cleaner but we understand it can’t be sparkling every day! Next to that the staff was absolutely lovely! Very kind hearted (even when we asked if they could make us a cappuccino at 22.00 in the evening and nobody was there 😅). We loved it and wish we could’ve stayed longer, thank you!!

Nice room, initial problem with A/C was quickly corrected. Hosts were both very helpful and kind generally and in providing medication for mosquito bites. Breakfast was one of the very best we have had in our many stays in Italy. Fresh produce, fruit, eggs, yoghurt, homemade cakes etc

The bathroom could have just been a little bigger, but it was clean.

We had a great stay at Tenuta La Lupa. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was plenty and it was served in nice surroundings. The pool was great with a fantastic view.

The breakfast was served from the staff. You get some fruits and a bit of bread, some eggs and many sweet things. The only thing I did not like was that some cheese and ham costs extra ( I do not understand why and it was quite pricey. about 5euros each) We did not take that.

We spent there 4 days. We had a small dog and paid 10euros. It was really cheap and for that price really good. We were almost all the time alone by the pool. The pool is beautiful and very big. You can easily go to Livorno (about 30min by car) or to a nice town Lucca about 1hour away or to Pisa. There are as well smaller towns near to this place. But everything must be reached by the car.

Marvelous estate. Gorgeous views with a beautiful manicured garden, The infinity pool is stunning. Breakfast room is beautifully decorated with stained glass windows, and delicious fresh food. The Apple cake was very tasty. Staff was very attentive to your needs The room was also beautifully decorated and meticulously clean Can’t wait to go back Thanks for having us!

The location is wonderful as is the hotel, grounds and the staff. Lounging by the pool witha view of the beautiful scenery was so lovely and relaxing. It’s only a 15 min drive to the seaside towns of Vada and Cecina.

Well kept pool with plenty of li-lo's The owner goes beyond the call of duty to make sure every request is catered for. Large rooms, many with balconies. The owner is very active to make sure you have everything you need, eg. any requests you may have at breakfast etc.

We spent some awesome days at the B&B Tenuta La Lupa. The breakfast is awesome (it's a sweet one) - due to the pandemic there is currently no selfservice at the buffet. Instead breakfast is served by the host, who reads your every wish from your eyes. He also had many useful tipps with regard to activities in the region. The Hotel is clean and well-tended and we were more than happy with our room (balcony with amazing view was not expected but enjoyed a lot🍷). Long story short: gladly again at any time.
