The write-up on Booking.com includes 'washing machine' and 'Coffee Machine'. In fact our washing was collected and returned next day (very nice but would have preferred to do our own) and the access to the kitchen for coffee / tea etc was not available from early evening when it was locked up.

Nothing to complain

The hotel is located in a very quiet area except frogs croaking from the neigbours pool ;-) Very nice and charming hosts. The view is spectacular. Breakfast is various and individually served - with fresh made orange juice!

Shower stall was quite narrow but with great water pressure

Clean and well maintained room with nice lighting. Room has cupboard and mini-bar sized fridge. Easy entrance to parking garage. Excellent breakfast next to the pool, looking out to the sea - amazing.

I liked everything about the property.

Big house, really clean, the property is up in maintenance, the host was great, and even gave us a full breakfast, have not stayed in a property as good as this in a while. Totally recommend it.

If I had a sea view, it would be perfect. However, it was possible to sit in the garden and enjoy the view with a coffee.

Host Sergio was very kind. He offered to pick me up from the station, was willing to accommodate non-standard requests, and willing to help. Excellent breakfast as agreed.

I made a last minute, same day booking, arriving late into the evening and the host was very accommodating and friendly despite all of that. The property is excellent, nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. Great hosts and great value for money, I highly recommend.

Beautiful view and the best breakfast we had in Italy!

The accommodation was great, we spent a week here. The villa is gorgeous with an outdoor pool. I was charmed. All around everything beautifully landscaped. We had a room overlooking the garden. The room was very clean and they cleaned it every day. The bed had a pretty good mattress, 2 types of pillows(one thinner and one higher and harder,we had ours so I can't describe). Breakfast is served right in the villa. The choice is classic Italian(croasant, cake) and then eggs + bacon, fruit, ham, cheese, toast. To drink coffee, tea, juice. Everything is fresh +great service. I have nothing to complain about. I hope to come back here soon. Scalea is a historic town, so besides the beach and the sun you can also discover its historical charm. The town is rugged. Don't be afraid of gentle hills ( almost all towns in Italy are like this).🙂
