The location is on top of the hill with no pavement so getting there if you walk is quite tricky The TV in the room keep losing signal The bathroom is small and the position of the toilet is awkward

Lack of vegetables for breakfast

We had to use the toilet after checking out and was referred to using shared toilets along the corridors. The toilet there had super poor/ old flushing system resulting in faeces being stuck there. It was super disgusting. Luckily we did not booked these rooms but it would have helped if the hotel consider changing these flushing system

the heat in the building was intense... especially as we carried our luggage up the steps to our room. The staff was semi friendly. We had to walk up the steep driveway with our luggage and down as taxi drivers will not go up it... so if you are enjoying an evening of dining with adult beverages... safety is an issue.

Noise from close by road and luck of the airflow at the ground level rooms of the hotel. Very basic breakfast. Quite rooms with massive walks so you can’t hear neighbour rooms.

We had to leave early in the morning, and we didn´t have our breakfast ready. But the breakfast was payed.

Breakfast was chaotic with a breakfast room too small for the number of guests. One morning my Mum (who had travelled with us) wasn't allowed to sit at a big table with us, even though there was plenty of space for her, because the breakfast attendant wouldn't let us move a chair. She told my Mum to sit at a different table, but by the time my Mum had collected her coffee the attendant had given that table to another guest leaving my Mum with nowhere to sit.

Our room on the Entrance floor was large and comfortable. Sun terrace and garden were lovely, with excellent views.

It is a stone’s throw from the train track - so the train noise is pervasive at night. If you aren’t a sound sleeper, I recommend taking earplugs as the train were running every half hour at least through to 3:30am. And if you legs don’t work like they used to - it is a steep walk to the hotel.

It is a grand old castle and something of a spectacle to wander around. The views are wonderful. The breakfast was definitely one of the better hotel brekkies I have had!

15 min walk uphill from the beach - it’s a nice walk but you need to be ready for it! Unfortunately we were not allowed to leave our car parked at the hotel beyond 13:00 on the checkout day.

Beautiful property, you have an impression of staying in a castle! Beautiful views. Rooms are clean and neat. Parking spots available.

It was a bit of a walk from the main town but really is not too bad at all (~15/20mins)

The accomodation was in a beautiful building with lovely views of santa margheurita. My room was very comfortable, with a clean bathroom and AC. The included breakfast is amazing (buffet).
