Large car park. Staff great, room had a good view and was clean. Check in and out easy. Near to a couple of restaurants, a good bakery/cafe and a good supermarket close by. Biker friendly.

It was difficult to find this place as GPS showed slightly different place based on address written in booking.com. Internet connection was quite poor.

Tiny shower stall with broken doors. Lack of refrigerator. Lack of breakfast.

No AC, which we knew when we booked our stay, but this would have been easier to deal with if there were screens on the doors to the balcony. As it was, we had to choose between keeping the lights on or the doors open after dark to avoid drawing bugs in. There are rolling metal shutters that help to keep the room from getting too hot during the day.

Very clean and cozy, the beds are comfortable, the view from the balcony is great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Ample parking and a great play area for kids.

Bathroom was renovated in a strange way- just painted on top of the everything even shower cabin with the same color.

The third bed of our triple room was very small. considered everything, it was not so cheap.

Comfortable beds, warm and clean room. The location is ok, not so close to Merano but easily to reach by car.

From the outside this Hotel looks quite rundown. I believe the young couple who own it are working on that. Not sure if all bedrooms look towards the mountains on the backside but luckily ours did. You would not want to be on the road side. Compared to other places we stayed at in the area, i thought this place was a little pricy.

Very pleasant & accommodating staff. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. There is a hike through the apple orchards to Tirol from the Hotel so you don't have to drive. Beautiful view from balcony. Quiet. Excellent restaurant 10 minutes walk recommended by the owner. This place is especially set up for families with young children. They have indoor and outdoor play grounds that looked amazing.

No fridge, furniture a bit outdated (70ies fashioned)

Good location, a few km from Merano, a good base for exploration of the region or just stopover stay. Room size (we had balcony) fine, bathroom ok, beds ok. Spectacular views from the room, you spontaneously feel holiday-like, good breakfast you can enjoy on the terrace with alpine views. Efficient, during a short stay it seemed that almost all the work (breakfast, reception, guest relations, cleaning) was done by a polyglot kind and hard working Rumanian mother). Free car parking at the hotel, spacious lush garden with lots of toys for children (incl.even a trampoline). Good option if avoiding more expensive Merano hotels.
