The room had a smell when I walked in. The blanket was thin. A bit noisy from the street. Not a bed room, but for the price it should be better.

It would have been nice if the beds didn't suck and we didn't have to go looking for recyling/trash in the city due to the fact we were responsible for clean up. Also, the concierge should email you the info like door key code and room at least 1 hr before. I feel going through the whole online check in the process was pointless if they couldn't do their part to provide you basic Airbnb info.

À really lovely, comfy, and clean place located in the heart of the city. A good price too!

The sofa in the kitchen area so uncomfortable and makes too much noise when you turning, we stayed Saturday night ,not sure if apartment above us residents lives in there or its rented as well... but they start moving chair's and by it sounds deep cleaning at 7am ..Sunday? after late flight it wasn't nice at all

Clean, well-fitted apartment very close to the historical centre; you are within walking distance of all major tourist attractions in Olbia, but on a quiet street.

Really close to town, well-equipped apartment with bathroom supplies (shampoo, soaps etc) and while we didn't use the kitchen, there were items for cooking there. As there were four of us, this was perfectly suitable for one night. I think one or two people could comfortably stay here for longer, but for four it might be a bit of a squeeze! Nothing negative to say, just a flag for anyone looking for a longer stay with four people.

the room had 2 bathrooms and the shower in both of them had draining problems. It was not comfortable having a proper shower in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

If you are visiting the old town of Olbia, then the Residenze del Centro is ideally located in the heart of everything. The Accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had booked a room with a Terrace, which was lovely, but there was only one chair outside!! Overall, a pleasant stay

No-one on reception the whole time we were there. Another guest let us into our room after a mix up over the room no. which was very odd. We booked this apartment for it's location = excellent, and to enjoy the outside space - not so great. The rattan (or rotten would be a more accurate description) furniture was frayed and disintegrating. We didn't sit on it for fear of snagging our skin / clothing or falling through it. It was a disgrace and should have been dumped years ago. Laura brought us some cushions and replaced the dirty coffee table with a proper dining table which also had a hole in it and missing its glass top but least we could eat outside. We took the dining chairs outside and put the cushions on those. The balcony plants were dried to a crisp and weed infested. Initially found to be clean but things became apparent during our 10 night stay - filthy voile curtains, window sills dirty, we dropped something behind the settee and dirty there. There was a live wasps nest in the corner of the patio (couldn't describe it as a terrace which implies ample space). Little apartment info e.g. no indication where or when to put rubbish out (sounds a small thing, but the length of our stay meant we needed to know).

Great central location for exploring the city and further afield. Trains and buses easily on hand. Laura and Alexandro responded quickly to our queries and concerns. Kitchenette was well equipped. Initially disappointed when we opened the door - furnishings brown and drab, but the apartment grew on us with some nice touches - plentiful towels, some toiletries, coffee maker and some pods (we took a travel kettle & toaster). Beach umbrella and smart speaker (didn't work). Caught the No. 2 bus from the airport, took only aro 15 mins. Quiet and in a nice street with a restaurant directly opposite. Building nice and clean and lift available.

There was nothing about the property to dislike except the condition of the plants which look beautiful in the advert but are dead in real life

The shower cubicle was a bit small, but OK. Another drinks glass would have been good - there were two of us but only one glass.

Nice little studio apartment in a great location. Our host, Laura, was very helpful.
