We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe arrived late - after the kitchen closed - but the staff called us ahead of time and had a huge platter of meats and cheese ready for us when we got there. The two bedroom suite was perfect for five people and the kids loved the pool and the breakfast. Easy to get to from the highway and nestled in the mountains.

GreeceHOTEL LENER is the best , this is a fantastic place to stay. it is very easy to find it , the room is great , food and breakfast with large buffet , everything very tasty , a lot of options for ski around , all facilities are very good , and the poll is open almost all day , with hot water and nice view outside , internet very fast , an the sauna is free , but the best off all is the people here . , they are friendly and kind , everything i need , any question , they were always by my side . i am very satisfied that i choose this hotel for stay , it is a great value for money choice , fantastic place to stay in a perfect place for winter holidays , my best wishes to you ,thank you very much .

GermanyI guess travel has gotten pricey across the board, but Hotel Lener was definitely also a little pricey.
Great for kids, with playgrounds close to dining areas both inside and outside. Lots of attention to detail throughout. Management has obviously put a lot of thought into how it operates the hotel.

GermanyI have the feeling that they are understaffed, especially for the restaurant. I found some little bugs in my bed and I have had skin irritation for days. I would recommend double-check your beds in the future.
Breakfast is very good, you can order scrambled eggs freshly made. The swimming pool is too cold for my kids, it would be great to have it 1 or 2 degrees higher.

Netherlandsno tea /coffee facilities in room (expected for a 4* spa hotel ) . nor welcome water bottles (normally all 4* offer two complimentary bottles ) especially as the area don’t have any shops to get anything unless you drive to the village . As frequent traveler you also expect body lotion in room so you don’t have to carry your own .
it’s a good place to stop over with kids as it has a kids area and a pool . So at least they can have fun & parents can relax as safe environment for kids to walk around . But there is nothing else around . Good for couples if they like hiking and want to escape from busy Merano but at the same time it’s not a romance escape as if kids are in the pool as it’s small they will disturb . Great for family with babies as calm . the rooms looked nice & new , most of them have 3 & 4 beds so perfect for families . In our case we had 4 kids so we got the appartment which in my opinion needs a lifting . A bit old fashioned & high price for what it was . the breakfast buffet for 7€ is fair & has a bit of everything. Breakfast staff very friendly & customer orientated . you can get soya milk & lactose free . There is a pizzeria & we tried the pizza which was approved you kids .We also had dinner in Restaurant. typically food from area . kids loved the wiener schnitzel & said the fries were amazing . the spareribs are nice but the portion is for two so watch you as it’s big & expensive ( overpriced) we though it was for two & price for two but got charged twice so watch that part or ask before , but can highly recommend it .

Czech Republicwe are coming here every year, this year was a bit worse than before. we couldnt sleep well, too many children screaming under our window. dinner was ok i recomend to eat schnitzel and no pasta. spa is good but not for so many people. breakfast is nice but no eggs and nobody ask if you want or not want some egg for breakfast and which kind. last year it was automatically there. and many choices.
