Finding parking spot close to the apartment is not easy.

It was a pleasure to spend there this couple nights. The comunication with the hostess was very good. She was very helpful and gave us some useful information. The location is very good - 10 min. on foot from the main station. Nearby there are many restaurants. The room was clean and pleasant.

We fell in love with Levante Blu…

Levante Blu is very well situated, just a few minutes from the train station, and lots of restaurants… It is however on a quiet street, which is great for sleeping ! Our hosts, Laura and her father, Antonio, were extremely welcoming, warm, and helpful… Antonio gave us a lot of good tips… There is a kitchen that you can use and coffee, butter, jams, milk, and crisp breads are provided… There is also a possibility to have access (for a fee) to a garage which is very convenient in La Spezia… Our room had two fans which made it very comfortable when it was warm…

Parking and kitchen as written before

Everything was great except the private parking is not for free (but you have a lot of parking spaces in la spezia that are cheaper) and you cannot use kitchen, except for coffee and tea. The landlady was very helpful and nice, rooms are as clean as one can get.

After check-out we wanted to leave our bags and change clothes but there wasnt space to change clothes. Only a storage room, but this is of course an extra.

Perfect location for a trip to La Spezia and Cinque Terre, super close to the train station. The room was very nice. Very friendly hosts and check-in/out was very convenient. If we would come back we will definitely stay here. Awesome that they had a garage box available (25eur/night) which was very handy!

A bit of walking 🚶‍♂️ to get there but it's good for the body.

Just about everything 😌 excellent staff. Laura and her Dad, Antonio, are just amazing people. You will not find a better place in La Spezia.

nothing. Although some people may not like the stairs that you need to go up to get to the property but we had bicycles loaded with panniers and it wasn’t a bother for us.

Great location and very quiet. It was only a short and pleasant walk to the port. Laura was an excellent host and was very welcoming and accomodating. Ability to use the kitchen was a bonus and air conditioning was a welcome relief in the hot conditions. Would definitely stay here again. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean.
