Location fantastic, comfortable room

First floor seems rather dingy but the room itself is clean. Need to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs to the accoms. The room is compact but price is reasonable for Venice

Location is very convenient a few mins walk from San Marco square, easy to reach main sights like San Marco basilica, Rialto bridge and Doge palace. Place was easy to find with directions given. Love the rooftop terrace with a view of the Venice rooftops. Comfortable room, with Venetian style. Allows you to leave luggage if you arrive early and leave later

The bathroom is a bit small and the 3rd bed doesn't have a great mattress if the 3rd person its an adult.

th stuff is super helpful and kind. They helped us carry the luggages till the 3rd floor and back down. They stayed in contact all the time over whatsapp. Easy checkin and checkout. Excellent location.

The location was very nice. 35 minutes walking from the train station. The room it self nice and clean with enough space for two persons. The bathroom was shared with other 2 (i think) rooms, but it was always clean and available.

We knew we would be sharing a bathroom and, although not ideal, it worked out fine. It was clean and served its purpose.

Location was excellent, in close proximity to St. Mark's Square, shopping, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious and well-equipped. It was a pleasure to sit on the terrace and have a coffee. Probably the best coffee I had during my 2 weeks in Croatia. Communication with the facility prior to arrival was very good and we were made to feel very welcome.

Negotiating the stairs.

Great location and staff were really helpful. Angela helped us sort out how to navigate the water transport system which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation was a basic small hotel room. Accommodation was okay for our 1 night stay. Be aware the accommodation is situated on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. If you have luggage you will need to access the accommodation by the stairs which we found exhausting.

First two “entry” floors are a mess. Floor of our room was badly slanted. No services other than a coffee machine.

It would be great if they could provide breakfast, however, there was a nice bar right next to the accommodation that had a nice selection of sandwiches and pastries at very good prices. The accommodation does offer coffee and tea.

Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff and very nice terrace. The room and the entire place was very clean. You can leave your luggages before checking in or after checking out which was very helpful.

Although everything was very clean, we did find our room quite dusty, the bed, sheets, pillows, and some sections of the floor. Me and my friend kept sneezing and I had to take my allergy medication.

The place was really cute and very very clean, plus staff was very friendly! We had a nice welcome message and they made sure that we were able to receive the instructions and location of the place. Very responsive on message, and the facility even had a nice terrace and free coffee/tea and biscuits in the day time. Location is also super close to piazza san marco plus literally everything else. Price wise i would say its very worth it and i highly recommend!

Entrance situation could be nicer, stair situation is not very beautiful, also very exhausting for kids and elders. Information to breakfast and dinner places would habe been appreciated.

Room was very quiet, nice view over the neighbour's roofs. Location close to Piazza San Marco was top, friendly reception.

The outdoor window blinds were not correctly fixed and unfortunately when we had a quite windy night, they kept slamming onto the outside wall.

The location was ideal. I couldn't have asked for more. Very quiet, although it's close to the centre. The room was clean, unexpectedly comfy and the staff very welcoming. We will definitely look to stay again.

The site listed breakfast included but there was no breakfast. The walls are a little thin (we had some loud and frequent love makers next door, good on them).

The entrance, it was a little strange

The location was perfect, very convenient in everything. The staff was very useful, it had reception in the morning,the money that we gave it was very nice about what we got. We also like sofita, in the morning it had too much sun and you could read and enjoy a coffee

Sharing a bathroom not for me but that was the sole remaining room.

Atmospheric place. Rooftop view a bonus. Reception staff wonderfully kind and helpful. Room large and comfortable.
