The room was modern, spacious and with a balcony. Even though the property didn't have a luggage service, the owner allowed us to leave the bags in our room well ahead of the checkin time since we arrived to the location early. The place is close to the city center and about a 10 mins walk from the train station. Walk is a bit hilly and with steps. But it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended

The rooms are in the nice colorful house and have a small terrace in the front. The room itself was big enough and clean. Specious bathroom with good shower. I specifically liked the powerful hairdryer, which is exception for the hotels. There is no reception, but it doesn't bather you as the communication with the host is very easy. There is a parking place, which is important for this area if you travel by car. The location is very good, just at the start of pedestrian area of the city.

The one strange thing was that we were unable to open the shower door completely in our room as the toilet blocked it, but wasn’t really an issue.

This accommodation was in such a perfect location and was very comfortable including cleanliness, great wifi, hot shower. Could not recommend more highly for a stay in the cinque terre!

Everything was great!

Great location! We appreciated having a spot to park our huge American minivan (arranged in advance and paid for separately). The location was perfect, rooms were clean, and the A/C was needed in the heat! Elena was very helpful and helped us plan out our two days to maximize our stay in Cinque Terre. Our children loved it and we would happily stay there again!

The stairs to reach the room from the location entrance. I was later made aware by receptionist that there was a town elevator that would have left me at the top directly, otherwise it was like a crossfit class when carrying luggage.

The room was modern, the bed size was "hotel king" which was much appretiated and the bathroom very decent. The A/C worked perfectly as it was really hot weather in June. It had a giant private terrace with sunbeds, umbrella, with an amazing view to the entire town of riomaggiore from an altitude.

Staff was friendly and informative, provided a small bottle of champagne there to greet us, and the terrace with a beautiful view was a perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or glass of wine at the end of the night.

The location is perfect, not too close to the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk 10 or so minutes to arrive at the beach. The room is decent space and is clean.

the clean simplicity of the accommodation, the helpfulness of all the staff, the quietness of the location and yet a 5 minute walk to the lively centre. All in all a super base for discovering Cinque Terra

Wifi could have been better. Was up towards the top of the hill which we knew and was not a deterrent for us personally.

It was a very cute place to stay, check in/out process was great and seamless. Very nice property :)
