Lovely apartment with good views and a very pleasant terrace, which is great for watching the Sun go down with a cold drink. There is a very good restaurant literally outside the front door.

Minor details but it had a musty smell, lack of regular sized coffee cups. Had to have help to find the drawer with the utensils because it was built into the microwave surround.

Easy check in with a key box and the directions were spot on. The location is steps away from one of the most beautiful views in Manarola. The bed was very comfortable and the window above the cabinets could be opened to listen to the sea while you sleep. Nice, refreshed bathroom and cute decor. Long bench to store your bags. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom and main room. Great wifi. Nespresso machine with plenty of espresso.

Small balcony but great to have one.. Lots of steep stairs fine for us but not for anyone would strug gles with stairs and steep hills.

Everything about our accommodations was fine, however I would not describe it as "luxury". Multiple lights were burnt out, the lack of furniture made the living room echo, and the bathroom was only accessible from the kids room. The price and location made up for these small compliments. I would return here.

The location was wonderful. We had a stroller, two kids and luggage. This was the most accessible place in the whole region. The staff was extremely responsive and kind. They even stopped by and showed us how to use the gas stove. The furnishings are very basic. The kitchen had the basic pots, pans and utensils, but no ingredients for cooking.

The shower didn’t have a lot of hot water so my showers had to be short. I place a lot of importance on hot showers so the apartment was disappointing in that way.

The apartment was very nice and well stocked. Our host was very helpful, especially because they notified us about an impending transportation strike which definitely affected our travel plans. We would not have known about it had they not told us.

The property was in the Main Street of Manarola.so on top of all the restaurants. Nice facilities , good kitchen , big smart TV , comfortable bed very quiet due to the double glazed windows . But you don’t know what you are getting when you book as they have different locations-this is made clear in the info when you book.so buyer beware! I however expected something with a better view when I paid for a balcony . I don’t like not knowing exactly what I am getting and as such would never choose this option going forward- my mistake. Cinque Terra is an amazing destination but exceptionally over crowded and therefore is not a relaxing destination especially when your staying in the Main Street.

I did not mind but be aware there is a lot of hill and stair climbing. Very challenging for some people. Also the church bells ring a lot- it can be a bit noisy.

We were taken to the apartment when we checked in which was very nice. The place was a good size for my family of 5. It was in a beautiful location and worked well for us.

The staff was nice in general, but since Italian train service delays all the time, we arrived a bit later than we expected and the staff seemed to be very unhappy about it. We tried to inform them but there was no network when we were on the train. We hoped the staff could be more sympathetic than keeping telling us that we should have let them know earlier. They property host also offers luggage delivery service from the train station to the property since the way to the property is very steep and quite many steps if you are carrying heavy luggages. Due to the language difference, we did not know it’s EURO 40 per trip instead of EURO 40 for both ways, we paid another EURO 40 for having the luggage transported from the property to the train station when we checked-out.

The property is a two-floor apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The place is generally clean and equipped with a washing machine and other cooking utensils that you need for your stay. Also there are ACs for each room, which is nice, especially we were there in July. The living room has a nice balcony that has the view of the sea, which is incredible.

We didnt get our towels changed during our 3 night stay even though we asked for it and they said they would.

Cute Airbnb on two floors in Manarola, 5-7 mins walk (uphill!) from the railway station, very close to city centre. The apartment has everything you need, an equipped kitchen, AC, wifi, etc. The late check in was very easy with a number code and self check out was possible also. The second bed is a pull out bed in the living room / kitchen in the entrance floor and its not as uncomfortable as i thought it would be. The apartment was ideal for us 3, but couldve been a bit small for 4 people with only 1 bathroom and only 1 mirror.

In the living area there is no sofa or tv. There are chairs though. I paid attention to this and made sure to bring a laptop for my kids to watch shows on some evenings while I relaxed on the balcony.

The apartment is in a wonderful location of Manarola with quick and easy access to shops, restaurants, the train, pathways to the hills, and sea. The balcony is small but it didn't matter because the view was outstanding. It was quiet and we were never bothered by anyone. We stayed 9 nights. Excellent wifi. Very attentive management company. The apartment has some lovely authentic features (floors, ceiling). Small bathroom but modern - great shower. AC worked like a charm.

Simple accommodations, but comfortable and great location. Was fun to people watch from the balcony as it's right on the main street. Staff were great and even helped us get back some laundry we left on the line.

Our first tour of the apartment included a lovely lady checking if the hot water was running first for a few minutes. I think the apartment should be checked before we check in as it felt very strange having someone there with you going through the bedroom bathroom etc. Another staff member wouldn’t look up from the computer to look at us when we were talking to them after entering the shop they are based from, basically once you pay no need to be friendly.

great location, very clean, nicely decorated upstairs. Manarola has few lovely cafes and restaurants. The street the apartment is located on is very central yet very quiet in the evenings.
