The hotel had an incredibly gorgeous artistic and eclectic style which really set itself apart from other luxury boutique hotels. They also had a good size well equipped gym with new tecnogym equipment. The service was beyond expectation and they finished off the experience with a beautiful fresh breakfast. Highly recommend.

Everything was exceptional all the staff was super friendly rooms are big and always clean, the location is perfect, breakfast is delicious, the staff was very helpful they helped us to book for tours around Rome, and they managed a taxi for us when ever we needed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to go again.

The staff were exceptional, we were made to feel so welcome and they went above and beyond every day of our stay. The room was beautiful and the bar/restaurant is an artwork in itself. Perfect location, too.

Given that the hotel is in "the middle of the action", you will hear some happy tourists and street-musicians. The hotel is very well noise insulated, but every now and then you will hear some sounds from outside. We didn't mind at all, but if you're looking for complete silence and quiet surroundings, this might not be your hotel. But if you, like we were, are looking to be close to just about everything the city has to offer, then this is your hotel for sure!

The Maalot hotel in the center of Rome is an absolute gem. I've been to many 5-star hotels, but this on stands out in so many ways. The hotel is situated perfectly for a weekend trip in the eternal city, allowing you to walk to all of the city's attractions. The attention to detail is extraordinary and service i second to none. You'll instantly feel "at home" and the hotel staff will try to make every wish come true! If you want to treat yourself to a luxury stay in Rome, look no further!

We loved our brief (1 night) stay at Hotel Maalot very much. The staff was so wonderful, the room beautiful and comfortable, and the dinner we had in the restaurant was delicious.

All about this hotel is great. From the location that can’t be better, to the staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home, to the rooms that are very comfortable and spacious. The gym is also 5 stars with top amenities and machines. We will surely get back to Maalot next time we visit Rome.

Nothing we put on weight because the food was too delicious!

The hotel was a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle, bustle of a very busy Rome on Easter weekend. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with a fabulous mattress and pillows. The staff were particularly pleasant and attentive. We loved the sweet treats that were given both in our room and every day at breakfast. Excellent pastry chef!

The location is optional but because of it the area is crowded and noisy. Even with the double glazing of the windows the street artist that played for the crowds around the corner with an extremely loud speaker system made it through into our room and that was annoying. The hotel staff have called the police a few times but they always return. If you don't spend time in the room between 8 and 11 then this should not be a concern for you.

The hotel was very comfortable and well staffed with a willingness to help well beyond our expectations. For example , after a long day of travel we were greeted with a very pleasant welcome service of tea and cake in the reception room.

After my stay at the hotel, I must admit, it's challenging to pinpoint any shortcomings. Right from the moment I stepped foot through the door, every aspect of my experience surpassed my expectations.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, boasting captivating beauty at every turn. Actually, I come with high expectation. Followed the prize I paid and finally I must admit this Hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in. It was much beyond my expectation. in general, I’m not feeling for participating surveys like this but for this Hotel they win! my next stay in Rome will be for sure in the same same hotel.
