The breakfast was lovely, but felt a bit more like Paris than Rome. I’d love to see the addition of some meats and cheeses —the classic Italian breakfast—but short of that, no complaints.

Outstanding, welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff and a wonderful central location as well as beautiful interiors and extremely comfortable guest rooms. This hotel has thought of everything.

A little warning about how to get to the hotel, it’s on a pedestrian street so no cars can go through.

Staff greeted us well, and they’re super helpful. food is excellent. They agreed to keep our luggage for 3 nights while we went to Florence and needed to be light. At no extra charge!

Fabulous hotel decorated in a classic contemporary staff. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of the city with everything in walking distance. We had a superior double which is an excellent size. Great breakfast. One of the best bits about the hotel is the staff - you are greeted like a long lost friend on arrival, everyone is super helpful and nothing too much trouble.

The location could not have been better! Even though the hotel is on a busy pedestrian street, the sound proofing is incredible. We heard nothing from the street in the evenings or in the mornings. Everything was exceptionally comfortable and the cleaner was amazing.

I would have liked there to be security in the elevator to go up given how populated the areas.

We spent 6 nights at this new, very lovely and modern hotel. It is squeaky clean and new and decorated impeccably. We stayed in one of the suites and it is spectacular. The bed is very, very comfortable, the tub and shower are amazing and the hair/soap products in the room are fantastic. There is a lot of space to unpack and put your clothes in the closet. We arrived to the room to find prosecco and some delicious treats with a warm note from the staff! Thank you! The mini bar was included as well as lots of water provided at no extra charge. I can't say enough about the staff/concierge. All are very dedicated to making your trip an amazing experience. They are warm and inviting and can't do enough for you. I felt like I was visiting family! Thanks to Laura, Luca, Gian Luca, Giuseppe, Fabrizio and everyone else for making our time in Rome extra special with reservations at some very memorable restaurants! The location is a 10, with quick walking to many important sites. Outside the hotel is always bustling, but when you arrive inside it is calm and wonderful (an oasis in the middle of Rome). The breakfast is a 10+ everything was delicious and the coffee incredible! The Aperitivo is a 10! For the gym people, this hotel does have a gym on the lower level which has everything you need. I did not, however, use the gym as we walked at least 10 miles a day! Thanks so much for a very memorable stay! We loved it and will recommend you to our friends!
