This place is HEAVEN. One of the best views in the world and Giovanni plays the most wonderful piano every sunset. Every sunset I see from now on will be compared to the sunset I saw here at Mancino's. Also the place was super clean, breakfast amazing and all for such an amazing price. He should charge 3x more. He puts a lot of love into this place and it shows.

On arrival Gianni provided a thorough overview of all the surrounding towns, wineries and recommended restaurants which was most helpful. The breakfast provided was a delightful Italian spread. No request was too large and when we asked for non-dairy milk for our coffee, it was at breakfast the next day. We left each morning full and happy! On the morning of our departure we had to leave early and Gianni ensured the breakfast was ready before we left. The location was just magnificent, a fantastic view to come home to each evening. There was a swing and hammock to relax in whilst enjoying the view. One member of our party had a toothache during our stay and Gianni organised for a dental appointment that day with his dentist. Our favourite stay so far, the hospitality is unrivaled, could not recommend it enough! Greg, Kerrianne and Catharine

I liked everything!

Gianni is a super friendly host, knows the area super well and gave spot on recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and roads to take. Bonus: he is frequently playing the piano very nicely! The stay has one of the best views on the region and there are things to explore literally on north, south, east and west.

The location being away from town overlooking the Tuscan Valley is absolutely beautiful. Gianni was very friendly, very informative, giving us suggestions on places to eat & visit. He's a Poggibonsi local, and this home was his family's summer home. He loves to play the piano, and talk to his guests. The breakfast was good with fresh fruits, made to order scrambled eggs, yogurt, toasts, tomatoes.... and some cakes. The place is very quiet. Make sure to purchase wines before you arrive so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay. Grazie mille!

Gianni was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Gave a fantastic itinerary for the 3 days we were in Tuscany. The view from the property is truly amazing, what a fantastic place to eat, drink and what the sun set. The breakfast in the morning is great with plenty of choice. I already miss the scrambled eggs and coffee. Big personnel touch every day. I would highly recommend this property.
