RomaniaFor 5-star hotels, it is not allowed to misplace reservations! On the other hand, congratulationes to the staff for how they handled the situation. We love Italy and everything about Italian cuisine, but it seems that only too traditional dishes are not always comfortable for foreigners.
An isolated facility, but precisely because of that extremely exotic. Very beautiful beach and located nearby. For those who avoid 300m walks, regular runs for the beach. Beach furniture included in the price. The interior and exterior spaces are truly 5 star, including the restaurant. Very nice and comfortable pool. Parking possibilities included in the price. Good food, but repeated at certain intervals. Distant, but helpful staff, according to the hotel category. The quality-price ratio is a special one.

IsraelTurn off the air conditioning at night from 01:00 to 07:00. This thing is really not suitable for a 5-star hotel in the hot season and only after complaints and a threat to leave, they fixed it after two nights of suffering. You have to go to the beach on a golf scooter. They charged us an extra 20 euros per day for the beach towels even though we didn't take them even once and in total an additional 80 euros that was not known in advance.
Large and spacious rooms - we were in a suite, including a huge bath with shower and jacuzzi. A rich breakfast. Adjacent covered parking. A rich breakfast. The staff in the dining room provided excellent service. Adjacent covered parking. There is a private beach. Quiet and the hotel itself inside the marina, very beautiful.

The staff were so good. Matteo the maitre d was excellent sorting out vegetarian alternatives to what was offered in the buffet. Reception staff especially Vanni were so helpful. Although the resort is remote from the town it was very peaceful but beach, marina and bikes to hire gave you plenty to do.

CanadaThe staff of the reception were good, the staff of the restaurant much bellow expectations. This place has such a potential, however managements is the driver of the success for all.
The breakfast was ok, the set up was kind of odd, one day my table was on the Terra w the next day I had no table set up. I had to walk the premises to find that my table was not available …sincerely not the way I like to start my day … the good choices were fresh and the choices fair. The staff of the dining room need good training and organization to be able to provide the level of service a place like Marinagri needs to achieve. Restaurant staff can and shall be kinder and cordial. However the staff of the pool bar were very professional and the service they provided was exceptional. The cocktails they offered were first class and made with the effort to make clients feel great. Thank you to the two staff at the pool bar!

United KingdomWi-Fi is almost non existent away from the reception area, constantly being fobbed off by staff saying it will be fixed - it never was . although it is not a highly developed tourist area, there is a distinct lack of tourist information. the shuttle to the beach was a bit unreliable. bed linen changes had to be prompted.
location is good, hotel is good but starting to look a bit jaded in places . The restaurant was brilliant as it was when we stayed three years ago. special diet was no problem and staff were great

CanadaSome staff in the restaurant is nice, but some other can appreciate more training in the area of customers service skills. Breakfast is mediocre. Buffet dinner is OK, but nothing special. Music is annoying both at the pool and during dinner time and not of a very high quality (including live music). AC is centrally controlled, so if you need to change it - go to the reception and talk to them. There are no instructions in the room on how to contact the reception or housekeeping. Usual "9" or "0" don't work. Apparently, it's 2204/05!, Which you learn after you went to reception again. Go figure.
Location is very good, on a secluded island, close to the beach (shuttle service is provided). This is all good for relaxing for a day or two. Pool is good, rooms are good.

The Hotel was the first class hotel I expected it to be. From the greeting at the door and the parking and cases taken to the room. Booking in was easy and staff very friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful from the chambermaid to the Maitre d' and waiters to life guard. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

United KingdomNot a lot of luxury considering it was a suite. eg no bathrobes ( we asked for them but they never turned up), location was really out of the way - you wouldn't manage without a car. Meals were buffet style with no control so if you didn't arrive in the first hour, you might not get a lot. Waited in the bar for half an hour on the first night for someone to serve us and gave up ( we were the only 2 people in there)

BulgariaNobody speaks English and this is a place only for Italians. The service is poor and you should wait long even at the pool bar. Karaoke nights in front of the rooms are too noisy. The pool is overcrowded. Phones in the rooms are not working.

United Kingdombreakfast only consisted with sweets. aircon did not work even though I notified the hotel it was never fixed. the worst experience I’ve ever had from hospitality ever, they booked transfer for our return and confirmed a price. next day when we were going to leave that said the price was double from what was agreed on. ended nearly missing our flight and pay double the price. on top of it they said it’s our fault and we’re not apologetic at all. other guests were offered cheaper rates for the same room type and date. I would never ever return here again.
