Rooms a bit dated but well kept.

Location at park front was amazing, did not have to worry about getting to the park extra early. Convenience of in-house eateries and convenience stores, also a short walk outside in universal walk are plenty of restaurants and shops. Really made the day less tiring after spending the day walking around universal studios.

Restaurant. The staff were great, but the selection of food available meany we skipped breakfast and dinner at the hotel and ate elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is exceptional - right next to the USJ park! Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious with lots of great choices. The room was comfortable. We also enjoyed having a washing machine on each floor. We'd love to come back again soon!

buffet breakfast was amazing i couldnt believe how many different food options there was , also check out time being 12 pm is perfect i really enjoyed my stay here. universe studio is right outside the hotels doors it was like less then a minute walk to the hotel after a full day at a theme park it was perfect. There is so much to do in the area lots of food and shops next to the hotel. I had a wonderful stay here i cant wait to come back.

No water bottles in the room

We came for a day at USJ, hotel is located in the middle of the Universal boardwalk, a few meters from the railway. Excellent location for us. Rooms are comfortable and so is the shower

It was extremely busy most of the time due to location but that didn’t impact on us having a fantastic time in Osaka and surrounding area.

Location was fantastic and the hotel was stunning. It was clean, easy to find from the train station and we were disappointed not to be staying longer.

Everything was amazing. We were pleased with hospitality!

The Breakfast buffet was delicious! Loved the variety of items served. Spacious, clean restaurant. Went to eat there 2x. Loved our view from our room overlooking front view of Universal Studios. Restaurants right next door, so convenient!

The large rooms, the huge bath tub The sink with all the supplies ! The breakfast is super good !

The hotel was great and clean. We decided to go with a park view and it was amazing seeing the people gather at the gate in the morning and seeing it lit up at night too. The hotel is literally right by the gate so you can exit to head into Universal Studios right after having your breakfast. There are many stores and places to eat right outside the hotel too, and it was only a few minutes walk away from the train station too.

Everything was fantastic. My only issue was that Google told us to enter from the wrong side! But that's hardly the hotel's fault. Everything was wonderful, thank you.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were a great size for a family, and the staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. Even the laundry room on each level was great because you can monitor your waah from your phone. The location was perfect in terms of being so close to Universal Studios. Plus, the food discounts at surrounding restaurants were a nice touch. Thank you so much for helping us have a fantastic holiday!

Laundromat needs an upgrade. The pool isn’t open unless it’s summer?? I’ll swim anytime of the year. Said the upgraded our room on arrival. Had one look and complained and they changed it. Our original booking room was much better. Not too sure what they were trying to do.

Great hotel for visiting both Disneyland and disneysea. Choice of breakfast is good. Comfy large rooms for family of 4

Absolutely the best location if you are visiting Universal Studios Japan. The park entrance is 1 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the subway, so it is very easy to get to Osaka as well. The room is very big, the beds are super comfy and it has all the amenities you could need. The check in and out process is very easy and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Futon mattress

Perfect location, Vegas style entry, great shopping district, immediately next to transit.... my only complaint was the mattresses felt like a futon
