It was not wifi and nor receiving signal at all We tried to contact the staff , to provide wifi for us but no succes

The "apartment" I got (not what I booked online-second floor) was an attic modified into a tiny room. Warned out, outdated, stained towels, no soap or shampoo at the shower, no hangers or towel bars for the towels. The bed sheets not clean and warned out. There were only two glasses of different sizes, only one coffee mug. Old cutlery, rusted bottle opener. Mosquitos always present. The communication with the host was very poor, no answers to the emails. The check-in only by phone appointment, very inconvenient.

The pictures of the room didn’t match the reality. The room was extremely small with the kitchen right next to the bed that I could touch it laying on the bed. The wifi didn’t arrive to our room. The sheets were super old and had some dirt on them.

Bed mattress was extremely hard. Very difficult to carry large luggage up many flights of stairs.

The toilet was licking.

This place it’s perfectly located near to several metro stations and bus stations as well. It was really big with a lot of space and we have all the necessary accommodations and amenities. Was clean and comfortable, with a lot of things to use, like bath soap, dish soap, cooking spices, ice on the fridge, simple things like that to have make your life easier than other places.

The price doesn't match the place, it's a regular apartment and the price was almost 160 a night. No complimentary coffee or tea.

Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the center. Rooms are comfy with air conditioning.

Had to wait a while when we arrived to be let in and then climbed four flights of stairs to the apartment which was fine however the host did not offer to help carry our bags and instead took off in front of us. Also the super small shower that you can’t even wash yourself in was frustrating as the doors kept falling off.

1. They did not answer the phone when check in was needed, waited 40 minutes for them 2. They charged a 70 euro fees wich was not included in the description. 3. The pictures on the website were not the ones on the actual apartment and smelled of humidity and cigars 4. I did got a rash from the bed wich was probably filled with bedbugs.

Good place to stay while in Florence, we were attending the MotoGp event and it was a good base. Short walk to the train station and the town centre. Nice outdoor area in the unit to enjoy as well.

The person who met us to hand the keys was kind. The property was so clean/tidy. It is very near the city's main attractions by walking. Accessible. Plenty of places to eat, very near the mercado centrale and train station. Neighborhood is good. Will recommend...

I called in advance to let them know the time I was arriving had to call again that I had arrived and still had to wait 25 minutes! The loft had very low ceiling and had to make sure I didn't hit my head so many times. One of the loft the AC couldn't reach it so it was impossible to use as it was very hot when we were there. It was fairly clean and convenient close to the center but the stairs going to the apt. were very dirty. They could have left us with more toilette paper and some paper towel. The washing machine was good we did use it, same with the iron.

We had to wait 25 minutes before someone showed up with the keys, there were a lot of rules on door, the place was fairly clean and had AC that wouldn't reach one of the lofts, there were some cigarettes buds on window sill bathroom was clean but we had one toilette roll for 5 people for a 3 days stays so we had to buy it no paper towels, plenty of regular towels, the shade on skylight was broken took a picture in case they were going to charge me, the place was close to the station but 3 floors up, stairs very dirty. I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend even though it was close to the center.

The requirement of paying the cleaning charges in person by cash was slightly inconvenient. I would have preferred to simply pay everything by card.

I was delayed arriving. Could not communicate with hosts for access. Had to ask Italian speakers to help. Hosts were rude and put the phone down. I was in distress. The room was scarcely better than when I go camping.

The property was not clean. They didn’t even left toilet paper for us. Everything seem dirty, and electricity went off while cooking. The owner was not polite at all when giving instructions.

Didn’t expect much for the price but it was worse than expected. OK for a tight budget trip because it is well located. It has washing machine.
