The hotel is situated opposite the beach and is not too far away from the busy area which we preferred. There are plenty of electric bikes and scooters to hop on and off if you do not want to walk the promenade. The beds were comfortable and to our liking. The room was fine not ultra modern but it was still good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights all good

Location right on the front overlooking the beach. Staff were really friendly, room is clean and has good facilities. Bed was really comfy!! Breakfast was really good, very relaxing and happy stay.

The room was quite small for 4 persons, not enough space for luggage. The bathroom is quite small, no shelves to put your toiletry stuffs. No electric socket to plug in (e.g. shaving device, e-toothbrush). The towels were gray, not white.

Excellent location, just 20-25 minutes walk to city center or take a bus just in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room daily, good breakfast. The beach just a walking distance from the hotel. Balcony with sea view. Parking space available in the hotel premises.

The balcony of the room was maybe too close to the neighbours and if you have noisy neighbours who sit on the balcony, you can hear them clearly. Nothing a closed balcony door and air conditioning can't repair. :)

Rooms, staff and location was great! Rooms were clean and tidy. Location was great, close to the beach. Staff was great too, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was good too, friendly staff and good food from sweets to ham, salami, cheese, etc. Thank you Hotel Metropole for having us!

The airconditioning did not really work, the room was hot. Also, it was quite loud, but probably because we were there during a national holiday (Notte Rosa) The location is good but quite far from the docks. 20-30 minute walk.

The swimming pool was closed most of the time but it was really nice either ways.

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. The breakfasts were very good and the hotel itself was in great location as it was close to the sea as well as close to the shops and loads of restaurants which made it convenient place to stay for a holiday.

It would be better if sunbeds on the beach were included in the price of all rooms. And because of this, they were cheaper.

We were on vacation at the Metropol Hotel from 01.09.2022 to 10.09.2022. The breakfast was included. The rooms in the hotel were good, cleaning daily, everything is very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was not so fancy, but was quite enough and has sweets, vegetable salads, herbs, fruits. There were cheezes, tomatoes, apples, melon and pineapple peaces, pizza slices. And one more bonus: free bikes! We had a lot of bike rides and fun. We were very satisfied with our hotel stay!

This hotel has a great location, good accessibility everywhere you wanna go and perfect staff which is always ready and willing to help. The room was well-prepared, nicely clean, tidied and equipped with all that a person needs during vacation. Breakfast was tasty, offering a variety of meals - tables ready and staff (again) really nice and friendly. The communication with the reception desk was immediate, great and really helpful especially because the card is not required when booking your reservation - which I found as one of biggest pros!

The room is not suitable for 4 people, it is so small that there is no way to pass between the beds. The breakfasts are the same every day, the staff does not respond to requests.

Swimming pool closed during lunch time (opened from 9.00 12.00 and then 14.30 until 18.00) Breakfast quality was poor, many cakes which are not really tasty and low quality coffee / fruits / juice... Room was very small, was not repaired since a long while. Parking is cheaper along the beach (8€ per day) and the parking of the hotel is so crowded that it happens regularly that you need to park wherever blocking someone else. Night guard making fun of our Italian with other clients and not speaking English. Corridors very loud from 8.00 in the morning. Personnel discussing personal topics literally in front of our door. Toilets from the 80s and shower equipment of extrem cheap quality. Bar employing the coworkers of the reception that can't make coffees. Need to argue with the personnel to get a descent table despite the restaurant is almost empty. Personal wearing plastic film as mask (even in dinning room) which are in most European country nor accepted as a protection against covid19

The location is very good right on the beach. The hotel outside is clean and looks like a new building, but inside it is a little bit old. It is a 3 stars, but I expected something more. Anyway the room was clean and during the night noisy. The breakfast was a served buffet with a small selection of homemade cakes and some croissant.

I personally liked the location beach front and in city center.
