The WiFi didn’t really work during our 4 nights at the hotel which was a shame

Breakfast was good, continental style, nice coffee too .. Katia is lovely! She looked after us each morning and served our coffee just as we like it 😊

A little street noise, but overall good sound proofing. no tap to get water, only bottled. It got a little stuffy in the room and I couldn’t get the ac to work

Location was wonderful. Close to many attractions, but a little removed from the hectic center city. Bed was comfortable and they have house slippers. Hotel breakfast was wonderful

The street outside was a bit noisy, but room was well isolated so it didn't really disturb.

Very close to the awesome Navigli canal area with tons of cafés, bars and restaurants. A little far to walk to the Duomo but possible.

Sorroundings and no parking in front, however reception has an agreement with a parking for 20 eur/day, 5 minutes walking

After seeing the sorroundings, that are not promising, nice surprise, hotel is good, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms and great staff, all ia helpful. I recommend Magolfa restaurant to have an Italian but cost effective meal, just 2 minutes far away by food.

Very nice cozy hotel within walking distance to the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and extremely helpfull. The breakfast was very good as well, not overly abundant in choices, but of great quality.

The room was not as big as we thought, however it’s cosy and very clean! As the most time we were out it was completely fine!

The staff was so friendly and helpful with always a smile on their faces! Moreover, the location is perfect for a trip to Milano as it is close to a lot of places to go. Also the breakfast was nice, with lots of of juice options, cereals and sweet stuff.

There were no blankets and the sheets didn’t look the cleanest. They were clean but they need to be replaced. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

There is a lot of effort to try to keep the noise out, but on Saturday night it was difficult to sleep due to noise coming from outside, even with the earplugs. Also there was a consistent noise every few seconds, sounded like a machine, not sure if it was an a/c or something else, like a pump, but it was annoying.

The location was very good, the staff was super friendly and ready to answer all my questions.Their suggestion for a restaurant helped me have a wonderful dinner and taste local speciaties. There was plenty of options for breakfast, it was tasty, but nothing cooked on the spot.
