It’s nice, clean, comfortable and really close to everything: a few minutes walk from the central train station going to Cinque Terre, and a nice easy walk to the city center and harbour. Giovanna, the host, was so easy to communicate and was there all the way to greet us and to give very useful information.

A bit dark as the window goes into a yard of the building, breakfast super basic and self prepared, but therefore kettle in the room available.

Accommodation in a shared appartment on a ground floor in a building located super close to the train station so perfect for discovering Cinque Terre without car and also very close to the city centre! Bathroom clean, double bed was very comfortable, heating available, friendly staff.

Poor wi-fi in some rooms. Rooms on the ground floor in an urban area - a bit dark and without sun. If the window is open - noise and mosquitoes.

Excellent location (3 min to the city center and 5 min to the train station to visit Cinque Terre by walk). The paid parking house is 30m from appartments, the fee is 20€/car/night.

The check-in process is a bit confusing at times since someone is not regularly there. You have to call ahead and when you arrive and perhaps there will be someone there.

The location, the hotel was a short walk 5-7 minutes from the La Spezia train station. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The walls were very thin and we could hear the other hosts a lot, which at some point where really loud.

The person in charge was nice and gave us some tips. It is very close to the train station and the city center, which is very convenient.

Very nice place. Perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre. Giovanna responded almost instantly when we needed her. Tip for next guests: Don't forget to send a message with 30 min before your arrival. This way, the host can be there exactly when you arrive. Otherwise, you have to wait (like us).

The refrigerator was very noisy and small. The trash from the bathroom was not taken out while cleaning room.

The location is great - the train station, pedestrian areas, castle. Despite the proximity to the railway the apartment was quiet enough. Internet connection is strong and fast.

There was a difficulty with the communication but at the end of the day, you can find the solution. And also isn’t a hotel. They are rooms which you can rent.

It is next to the train station, which is very convenient to travel by train to Cinque Terre. And also you have a parking, with extra cost, a few meters away.

Extremely helpful and kind hosts. Very close of the train station and short walk to city central. Parking just in front of in the parking garage. Going Cinque Terre and spend days in there, definitely good choice.

The property was a long walk from the boats.

Giovanna was a lovely, helpful hostess, and the property was comfortable. However, she did not disclose the cost of parking until check out. It was reasonable, but a surprise.

The bathroom was a little bit old, but for 3 nights it was OK.

Excellent location (near the railway station). You can reach anything easily. The landlord was very helpful and kind, answered all our questions. I recommend this resort as it is very close to the railway station.
