Was very could during the nights and they didn't want to start the heating. The breakfast was not international (many pastries).

The location is in a quaiet place with good restaurants around. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning was ok!

Larger TV would be great.

My car was parked 2 meteres from my bed - excellent - free parking. Breakfast is quite ok, there is a little bit of everything. The nearby pizzeria has great pizzas and pinsa ! The place itself is quiet and I rested very well, the large double bed is excellent. The TV screen is too small. All in all, a great choice - quality service for the money. Will stay again for sure.

The breakfast was terrible (felt like supermarket-bought pastries) , and if you get into the breakfast a little late, you wouldn’t find many food options left. The first night of our stay, there were a lot of mosquitos that we had to buy the anti-mosquito device from the nearby grocery-store (5 minutes by car) for the rest of our stay.

Friendly staff (they spoke both english and french), the rooms are spacious and comfortable (loved the big mirror in my room), the bathrooms and amenities were very clean. The breakfast restaurant was also clean, and they served amazing coffee.

The room was VERY small The toilets in the room were rather uncomfortable due to design, size and location Breakfast is minimalist, could be acceptable for a 70E hotel but we pay slightly more. We had to wait rather long to have cups for coffee and glass for juice Personal is kind but helpless

First of all, it is quite old and situated in a remote place, where you have nothing around. The AC in my room was pretty weak. It could not manage to cool down the room, so I had to open the balcony to have a bit air, even if it was very warm in the night. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. They buy something precooked and microwave it for the customers. I asked a guy at the reception, if their restaurant is good and he said yes! At least we realized it pretty quickly and left to a proper restaurant. The toilet in my room was leaking. Water did not properly stop and was sound of pouring water the entire night… A lamp in refrigerator was dying. And also producing noise… Breakfast is very mediocre. They have many similar pastries (mini-croissants with different filling), cereals, yoghurt, boiled eggs, one time I had cold thick pancakes. No omelette, nor good selection of ham and cheese, even bread is not available. Coffee is not the best… Before coming to the hotel, I asked them if they have a pick up service. I wanted to be picked up from Arcore, which is just 10km away. Instead they proposed to get out of train in Monza and take a taxi from there. In case I could not find a taxi, they offered their support to find a taxi :) But I had to call them from Monza… At the end, I walked 9 km from Arcore to the hotel.

If there was no supplier located close to this hotel, I would have not stayed there. At least I could pay with AmEx… If there is a chance, stay somewhere else.
