we booked this hotel because the price included free parking, but it turns out it's not free at all. The owner of the hotel directed us to a paid parking lot, for which we paid over 30€. I think it is not correct to mislead the people who want to rent the hotel in this way.

The room could do with some hooks.

The room was clean, spacious and hotel very well located. Staff super friendly and helpful. LV, Dior, D&G are all within walking distance as well as restaurants and cocktail bars/enoteca.

Parking was a bit of a walk away, on a fairly busy road.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and had a balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any information we needed. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful! Walking distance to the old town.

It is an old property and so facilities aren't modern which is something I was prepared for given the old nature of Taormina. The room could do with adding some practical hangers/shelves.

I liked the homey feel of hotel Natalina, it is very cozy and the staff are amazing & very helpful. They were very kid friendly and even helped with minding the kids, the location was perfect as well and if you are traveling with kids or older members it is very helpful to have the lift. I didn't find many options with a lift around that location so this was a big plus for us. Also the room was spotless clean much cleaner than in some 5 star hotels i have seen.

We didn’t state our bed preference, it was too hard, blankets too heavy. Once the room warmed up we could remove the Sherpa blanket.

Lovely breakfast, great staff, friendly owners who speak English, who couldn’t do enough for us. Everything was super clean. Lovely view.

There really isn’t much of a view and we had some trouble with the toilet. These were minor inconveniences.

The staff is so very friendly and helpful!!! It was easy to walk into town.

Can't find anything unsatisfying with such a reasonable price.

The hotel is very close to the main tourist traps and the tubs terminal. The staffs were extremely friendly and supportive. The breakfast, only 5 euros per person, was great. Highly recommended.

Good location, a few minutes walk from the city, and a few minutes walk from the parking garage. Nice and friendly staff, breakfast was basic but fine. Place is clean and nice.

The only draw back to the room was the shower area which was right next to the toilet. It had a shower curtain that made the area small and quite difficult to shower in. Otherwise everything was great

The location of this hotel is great, easy walk to sights and restaurants without being too much in the fray. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, very great. Breakfast was especially good. The rooms were fine, a little dated.

The location was good, a short distance from the centre, but there was some road traffic noise where our bedroom was located.

The staff were amazing. Gave us lots of information about finding our way around Taormina and were always kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and filling. Rooms were clean. The hotel was located near the centre, within walking distance of all the restaurants and the Antico Teatro and Community gardens.

The staff were brilliant. They made our trip. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile including hiring a wheelchair when we needed it in order to be able to get to the Bocelli concert at the teatro greco - which taxis can’t get near. They indulged my Italian whilst understanding and speaking English well. We really couldn’t praise their customer service more.
