The only thing we didn't like was having to leave. Was such a beautiful city and such an amazing stay at Hotel Nazionale

On arrival the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded for free and really enjoyed the view of the Parliament building from the room. The hotel was immaculate with the cleaners busying around all the time. The location is so central and great if you want to do all the sites which are no more than 30minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of hot and cold food and the cakes were divine. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was beautiful. Classic but still modern. The included breakfast was substantial. We were able to walk to 80% of our desired locations.

The Parliament security is a challenge to get taxis and the plaza is very quiet (both a plus and minus).

Location, facilities, breakfast and staff all excellent. We stayed in the two bed suite which was expensive but the room is awesome for a family and the views from the balcony are truly exceptional.

Understanding that the level of rooms may be based upon view and/or size, when we requested a larger room in lieu of a view of the piazza, the management graciously and immediately accommodated our request. All members of the staff were very polite and saw to our every need. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, with many selections to choose from, and the coffee and cappuccinos were hot and very good. The breakfast staff were efficient, polite, and kept the table turnover quick, and the food offerings replenished. We wish to extend an extra level of appreciation to Patrick who was most helpful during our check-out and departure process, Federico who assisted us in obtaining a larger room, but we must say that each and every member of the hotel's staff treated us as if we were family. This will be the only hotel in Rome for us.

A bit of a mix up with my room on the first night which was rectified the next morning.

This is my second stay at Hotel Nazionale. The staff at the reception were great. Especially Ms. Roberta at the front desk who went out of her way to make sure we are satisfied with our room. The gentlmen at the front desk helped me to get a quick taxi to the airport when the taxi I ordered did not arrive and I am so thankful to them. Breakfast is ample and fresh. When visiting Rome I will definetely stay here again.
