Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only comment I make is it would be nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker or similar in the room. For breakfast it would be nice to see fresh fruit salad available.

The hotel location was great. Nice lounge to relax in at the end of day.

The hotel was charming and warm. Staff was welcoming and kind. The location was top notch-our family of 7 was able to walk to all of our destinations. Breakfast every morning was the icing on the cake. I look forward to staying there again in the future!

Better access for taxi to get to the hotel, Monte Citorio Security very tight . I can understand.

Unfortunately, our room did not have a working heater. When I asked the front desk, I was informed it was not working and it was in the middle of repairs. We understand that things break occasionally, however, we stayed 3 nights and it never got repaired during our stay and unfortunately because it is winter it was cold outside and without a heater both my husband and I caught a cold. Our expectations would have been to have the heater repaired with a 24 hour period.

If you don't want to drag your luggage across the wide plaza in front of the hotel you should book transport through the hotel. We booked our own taxi & they don't drop you off right at the hotel. The plaza surface was hard on the luggage wheels.

The hotel room is a bit dated, but we understand that updates are underway.

Hotel Nazionale was wonderful. It is in the perfect location to visit Rome. There are restaurants and shops nearby and it is located in a very safe area of the city. The staff was amazing, especially Francesco, who generously gave us ice each day of our 8 night stay. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and of good quality. Everything was wonderful, and we can't say enough good things about his hotel. A very good choice for a visit to Rome.
