You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyI booked the Albergo Nazionale on a motorcycle trip from Italy's Mediterranean coast towards Turin. The whole place Vernante is enchanting, a homage to the draftsman of the Pinocchio illustrations provides a charming touch throughout the place, as these drawings are found as large murals on buildings and walls. The Hotel Albergo Nazionale is a spot located directly on the through road (still quiet!!!) from/to Limone Piemonte, a high-quality dedicated restaurant and a small bistro-bar belong to the house. I went to the aperitivo in the cafe across the street (on the same side of the street), just relaxing the whole environment. My room was (although still "old wing") nice and big, there was a good bathroom. I would like to describe the breakfast as a nice highlight, apart from good coffee, you get everything you need or want in the buffet style. Parking at the hotel was possible without any problems with the motorbike. The entire staff was very friendly. If you want to make a stop in a somewhat "sleepy place", you will not be disappointed. I would book the Albergo Nazionale again!

parking in front of the house. right in the centre of the village. i was told that there are two parts in the complex. one is with big portions and better prices, and the other is with smaller portions and higher prices. make sure you get the right version. Andrea is very helpful when you have hiking questions.

FranceIt was very expensive for what was offered. No proper dresser for clothes to unpack. The bathtub/shower was very awkward because you couldn’t stand up as there was no glass to prevent the water from spraying everywhere. And it was too small of a tub for a bath. After a day on the ski hills a nice hot shower or bath is a priority and you just couldn’t shower properly. The couch turned into a bunk bed. Kids said it was not very comfortable. And had to close it up everyday if we wanted somewhere to sit, but there was no TV in the room, or a table to all sit at ;especially for 4 people. Lots of lights but rooms and bathroom mirror was still very dark. There was no soft seating only two hard chairs. Tv only in the bedroom made it difficult for kids to watch tv while parents relaxed. There were no hooks to hang wet ski gear besides the towel bar in the bathroom.
Location was easy right on the main road through town. Lots of parking with it’s own restaurant. Clean and spotless throughout the hotel. Room was warm and heating was easy to use. Main bed was comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good with all health measures in place.
