Its close to everything in Old City! The staff is very kind and helpful! The guy in the reception even showed us around! Great guy! They recomended us a restaurant that was amazing! And were very attentive🤍 I highly recommend.

Everything was good. The necessary facilities are all in the room. The main sights can be reached by foot. In addition the service of the staff is excellent: Aziz, Golchan and Mehmet helped us with whatever we want, gave us good advice and are very kind and patient.

Our room on the 3rd floor was small but it was decent & clean.

Breakfast was exceptional. Location was 5 min walk from Sultanahmet tram station, Blue mosque & Haga Sofia. Hotel Nena is quite centrally located near to cafes, restaurants & shopping.

Great attention to detail, they are very committed to help their guests. Beautiful breakfast room with plenty of buffet options. Perfect location, it's in the city centre but the rooms are very well insonorized. I would 100% stay here again.

If I had to make one criticism, it would be the breakfast offer. Personally speaking, it wasn't to our taste although there were tons of options. It just wasn't for us and we skipped it on a couple of days. No reflection on the food, the staff, or the hotel. Just a matter of personal taste and at least one of us isn't a big breakfast person anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nena. The hotel were really proactive in contacting us before we arrived in Turkey, which was appreciated. We were greeted warmly on arrival. Our room was small, but very clean and had everything we needed including an excellent top-down shower. The staff were lovely and really helpful. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

We were able to hear the couple in the next room having their privacy moments…… and the walking from the upper floor which was terrible for a 3 star hotel (-1 rating) Also if you are above 185cm height as I am, your legs might have an issue with the bed as it is a bit short😅 (-1 rating)

Quiet neighbourhood very close to Grand bazaar and Hagia Sofia with very nice breakfast and cosy rooms. Nice cleaning every day kept the room in a good condition.

Rooms are small, but that’s typical for boutique hotels in Istanbul. Breakfast was not on the terrace but was still a great breakfast, very fresh and delicious.

We stayed as a family of 5 and booked two rooms. The hotel is located very close to Sultanahmet square, it was easy to find by cab and it’s not on a steep road - huge bonus when you have lots of suitcases and easy to walk with a stroller. It’s freshly renovated and it’s super super clean! Staff are very nice people, they made us feel like at home. We loved our experience at Nena and we think it’s an amazing overall value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it’s a great little hotel and people who work here take pride in keeping it clean and welcoming.

Small room, noisy, location was ok but density of people was TOO much!!

The room oom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. Staff at breakfast and in general was very good. The room was small and noisy, but it had comfortable beds. Good location but very very very crowded with all the tourists.

Super location, all major sights within walking distance, tram T1 (to Galata) a few minutes walking. Quiet rooms, we got an upgrade to a room with a great view (!) Super breakfast in a veranda with a mix of eastern and western food. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were leaving the morning of Eid and they fixed a taxi to get out of the city before it was too crowded. We wouldn't have thought of that.

Room seemed a bit smaller than the photos we saw but it was still very worth it with the view and other things.

The view was out of the world. It was right in the city centre where the tourists attractions like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi etc were just few minutes walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and nice.

There was nothing to dislike. Even the weather could not have been better. Some of the entrance fees to the major attractions however, seem to have rocketed since we were last in Istanbul

The hotel is a few minutes from the Sultanamit tram stop and a few minutes walk from the major tourist attractions. There are a number of good restaurants in the immediate area. Azziz the manager could not have been more helpful. He and the other desk staff were always willing to help us us with travel suggestions, restaurant suggestions, taxi bookings and so on. We had a superior room with a magnificent view of the Blue Mosque. The room was small but had all the facilities. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom, though small was modern, immaculate and spotless. The shower was amazing. The cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful and very efficient. The breakfast room was well laid out, bright and airy. The open buffet breakfast had plenty of choice which was well displayed and very tasty. The breakfast room staff were once again very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely, small, modern hotel with spacious rooms and in a great location - a few steps from the historic sights of the old town and many good places to eat and drink. The hotel team were warm, attentive and super-helpful, both before and during our stay. Their recommendations for things to see and do were spot on and helped make our trip a great experience.
