It's by the train station. Lots of homeless in the vicinity. They really didn't bother me and the connivance of having the train station and metro station super close by outweighs the negative. The hotel has doormen posted and the hotel itself was quite safe. It's also a bit pricey, but the room was worth it.

Nice modern hotel adjacent to the main Rome train station, Termini. Newer hotel. Great big room by European standards. Basic wifi (without the add on at a cost) fit all my needs. Able to hook up and stream from my Amazon Firestick without buffering. Easy access to my day train trips to other cities, like Florence.

gym is small the front door is under renovation and have to enter through the back door if you walk from train station where there is a short flight of stairs. It's a bit difficult for my heavy luggage.

The location is right next to the Rome station. The service was excellent. This hotel has more amenities than others. I’d recommend this hotel.

The area next to the train station was full if homeless people and the streets around the hotel smell so bad (urine) and the front door is blocked with construction

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, all staff were attentive, polite and willing to assist with all aspects of our stay. Rooms very modern and clean, the restaurant was to a high standard. Little things like the nice thought for the ladies in our group, all were all given flowers on International Women’s day, made for a pleasurable stay.

We were thoroughly impressed with this 5-star hotel's location, next to Termini train station, just minutes away from the city center and its magnificent attractions. The impeccable services provided by the staff exceeded our expectations, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional. The abundant breakfast left us spoiled for choice. There was nothing I could fault the hotel on!!

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a special weekend away to celebrate my wife's big birthday. We felt like we were the only people in the hotel. It was so quiet and peaceful. We never heard a thing, not from other guests, service staff or anything. The room was so spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Rome. Having Termini station and Metro less than a 2 minute walk was perfect for travel connections around the city!!

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and peaceful even though it is in a central busy noisy location. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful with any queries and booking tours etc. The range of food at breakfast was amazing and all lovely food. The room was exceptional, decorated to a high spec and well maintained and very clean, view was lovely also. Lovely gesture from the hotel in the room to mark my birthday also.

The location, it is right next to train station. If you are traveling by train it is perfect, you can literally walk to the station. However, if you’re visiting London, it is not in the nicest location.

The facility was clean and the staff was lovely.
