not premium. it didn’t feel like a 4* hotel in terms of attention to details, staff and service. the staff was friendly ish but did not bother to hide their boredom or tiredness when we arrived at midnight, mumbled a happy birthday given our arrival on my birthday. there was a card on the night desk saying that if you needed anything like a phone charger or something else, just call reception. I did, but they had no phone charger. why write that if you don’t deliver??? at the end of our stay they charged us 20€ extra that I had to prove did not make sense and eventually we managed to get our money back. certainly not good enough for what you’re paying (over 200€ per night!) but then again everything was absurdly expensive so maybe it’s just a Milano thing. also in our room there were wall decorations missing, fallen, room cleaning didn’t arrange the pillows back on the bed when cleaning the room, just left them scattered where we put them.

we liked the location and the bed was also very comfortable

Rooms rates at 369 EUR were a bit expensive. Also on my visit I also stayed at NH Hotel Pontevecchio, Lecco where my room rate was 159 EUR

Conciere staff were friendly & helpful. Location was good. Blockout curtains were very effective.

The hotel was easy to find only a few minutes walk from a metro station and the area surrounding was clean, the foyer was clean and the staff were really welcoming, the room was VERY spacious and everything in the room worked well and was really modern and nice.

There was no kettle in the room; it was provided on request though. The shower in the tub was not comfortable (at the long edge of the tub; did provide stability).

Great location, in very calm and safe district. Located close to city center for small walk. Nice and really large rooms, we were shocked that regular room had such huge comfortable space. Detailed daily cleaning. Beautiful views. Very, very helpful staff. I would nothing change in our stay and next time definitely we will choose the same hotel!

Noise. The room was very noisy where you could hear anything from loud cars on the busy street next to the window to neighbours flushing the toilet at night. If you are a light sleeper, not for you.

Good size room with a nice calm style to it. The couch in the room was comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with all the facilities you need.

Stayed here before, would have scored excellent. Excellence was not provided as a result of the lady at the front desk who at the time of check was unwilling to assist, which left a bad impression. Other wise the rest was great.
