Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This is the most amazing place I have ever been. It is worth visiting here for the mountains, excellent breakfasts, and the atmosphere of this complex. I am fascinated by this place!

CroatiaThe main problem, for which I took away points from the rating is that the AC in my room wasn’t working at all. The hotel has super old AC + intercom controls with only auto mode available. I found out that the AC doesn’t change the room temp after setting it to 20 after 3 hours and still having an oven in the room (AC said 23, but it was hotter). I tried changing the temp again and then it malfunctioned and just started showing the real room temp which was 26… I tried calling the front desk about 10 times (each 5 min apart) and didn’t receive an answer, however it was around 3 am at that point… opening the window didn’t do much, they are blocked from opening wider then about 10 cm. So sleeping in such a hot room really ruined my night, despite the awesome bed. The whole room was very clean, however the shower tub really needed an extra scrub on the corners, as quite a lot of black mold was beginning to form. And on a side note — the breakfast really wasn’t that nice The food was ok, but I came an hour before it finished and the salad was gone, no one ever replaced it until end of breakfast. And although juices were poured in jars, they were from bottles, not freshly squeezed.
The hotel is located in an absolutely amazing area! it is right beneath a big mountain, so the view is breathtaking. The whole area around the hotel is very modern with a lot of cool stores, trendy cafés, a Natural Science Museum and just beautiful offices and apartment buildings, all in the same architectural style. The hotel building is modern and beautiful, as the whole neighborhood. As for the room — the bed was quite big and very soft! And the pillows were very thin (great for neck problems) and soft. Another bonus that the front desk kindly gave me a late check out (no fee), what really helped me out.

IsraelThere was a lot of dust under the children's bed, we booked via booking and at the reception they said we didn't book breakfast (which was strange) and that we need to pay 10 euro per adult (children are free), but at the counter the person in the kitchen wanted to charge us additional 5 euro per child. At the end a toy was lost (inside the room) and we could not retrieve it. We had some noise from the balcony at 5am.
The location is excellent, close to the museum (we had a discount from the hotel) and to some very good places to eat. A lot of young people at the universitythat was nice, and the staff at the reception were friendly.

Andorramy ratings are based on the price we paid and what the hotel offers in return. when you pay 180 eur (and up to 220 eur) per room you expect something in return, especially since prices in 2019 were maximum 100 eur (same period). they simply doubled the prices. so, there is not relation between the quality and price, this is why my ratings are low. IsraelThe room was not clean, and there was a bad smell of the people that stayed in the room before us. I think they should replace some of the furnitures that are already old and dirty. Also the hotel is located near a students place and there was noise at night.
We are vegans and they had vegan croissant and soy milk for the coffee. Also they offered us a few vegan snacks and cookies.
