They do not have thermal insulation for the windows and the air conditioner is very noisy it's better to choose this on summer, otherwise is too cold. Missing hair dryer.

The hotel is located near the Brignole train/subway station. Around the hotel there are a lot of stores, markets, pharmacy, restaurants. The hotel staff since the check-in was awesome, always polite and willing to assist with anything. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is fair, not much variety, but every day I was satisfaied. Without any doubt I would stay again in this pleasant hotel.

Only slight fault I can think of is that the pillows provided were hard. Was like resting my head on a bag of cement! Still slept well though.

Great location. 5 minute walk from Brignole Station. Loads of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Good strength wifi in room. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent choice for breakfast.

The staff were so accomodating in every way, they were so respectful towards the guests regardless of their nationalities, the position of the hotel is near in different tourist spots and the train station, i would highly reccomend this place to friends

Hair dryers are very very old, ca 10 years, and broken in some rooms, especially tube, so You can't use it. Sometimes some customers in another room next to You, wake up very early, and this noise can destroy your sleeping too.

- Pretty loud until midnight and starting at 7am again - not the hotel's fault but the city's. - opening the balcony door was a bit complicated, furniture got in the way

- Very close to Genoa's Brignole train and metro station, short distanced to the heart of Genoa. - stable wifi and enough sockets to get all devices charged - in the heart of a lively neighbourhood with a pedestrian zone in front of it - very friendly and forthcoming staff - nice terrace with a table football table and a public jacuzzi - room had a tiny balcony

Not really that we didn't like something but some attention to details would be appreciated. Like a mirror in the room, some hooks for clothes in the room and for towels in the bathroom. Or maybe some shelves.

We had pleasant stay. It is decent and the music idea of the hotel is nice. The food from breakfast was good but very limited and looked more like a snack.

the towels would leave fuzz/tiny white hairs which was very annoying and i couldnt use them, also the bed linen and towels didnt have that fresh smell as if they were just washed, but the room overall was clean

Rooms are quite small, walls a little thin, although not much street noise in the area. Only real negative was the neighbors smoked and you could smell it as the balcony doors have no seals
