How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There was nothing to fault with this hotel which exceeded our expectations.
The hotel was modern, comfortable and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. We chose the hotel due to its location near the central Verona railway station, but it also proved to be great value for our group as well.

Nothing bad here.
Clean, comfortable, easy access to station but also easy to walk into the town itself. Staff were very helpful and friendly and had no issues with English. Breakfast was excellent. Reasonable price. Would stay again and recommend.

Much better than we expected! It was super nice. Rooms were really clean and new. We felt so comfortable. Breakfast was also good. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trips. They have underground garage option for 10 euros. But keep in mind that outside parking is free.

The water shower pressure was a bit stronger than needed. The refrigerator makes noise.
It's a really clean and comfortable 3-star hotel. In fact, i believe it deserves a better rating. It's clean, and the bed is relatively big.

Advised by the hotel to catch the 11,12 or 13 bus to the historic centre which went nowhere near. Queryring this we were told "No, the OTHER 11, 12 or 13 which leave from a different platform.!!?!" How can any city and bus companies keep that arrangement? It took away 2 hours of our only evening in beautiful Verona.
Walking distance from the train, bus and taxi. Short bus journey to the historic (beautiful) centre.

Everything was great!
Great hotel after renovation, large room, clean and cosy bathroom. There is water in the room. Excellent internet. Quiet and very comfortable! Delicious breakfast )

Room 605 fridge was noisy and switch on floor standing lamp did not work

Nothing. The location isn’t ideal though.

We didn't experience any inconvenience.
Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was really delicious and fulfilling. We had the opportunity to park in front of the hotel for free. The train station was quite near. so it was relatively easy to access Venice.

Arriving late gives little chance to get elsewhere but we know and accept that. There is nothing close by.
A return visit with no complaints. A simple choice. A fantastic breakfast selection.

shower encloser not curtain.
It is a very good hotel. Breakfast excellent,Location very good only 5 minutes walking away from train station and the bus station. The room is good , the only negative comment is the shower curtain.When you take shower a lot of water goes out of the shower tray.

If you are not a walker it’s probably a bit far from the major attractions . for us it was not problem

The air system in the room was noisy but I switched off .
The location is superb just around the corner from Verona porta nuova train station early check-in kindly accommodated with receptionist was a plus Mattress are just unbelievable comfortable and room size was perfect Highly recommended

The hotel is well positioned if you need to have easy access to both the train station and the shuttle busses going to Orio al Serio Airport, which to us was important. It's not very close to the city center but you can get to the Arena in about 15-20 min on foot. Overall a nice, very clean hotel, at a decent price. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Please sort your pillows out. They let you down. Very hard and uncomfortable.
Friendly team on the front desk. Had great views from the 4th floor. Shower was amazing. Very very clean establishment. I stayed here cos my mothers maiden name is Rossi 😳
