The apartment is located in a very quiet, green area. The mattress was very comfortable for us. We liked that the host left us a biscuit and a chocolate and we had the opportunity to make coffee at the espresso machine.

The tile floor was very clean but there was no carpet. I was able to borrow a microwave and a chopping board, but it would be nice if they were already at the apartment.

Very clean. The host was very kind and helpful even if she spoke little English. I was able to communicate with translated Italian on the booking.com communication tool.

The only thing we didn't like was the painting/piece of art above the bed, but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise nothing to complain.

A wonderful place to relax from a day of sightseeing. Comfortable bed, quiet at night, spacious and clean. A great choice and we would love to return.

The apartment was small but really comfy. The aircon was on when I came in, which was amazing because it was so warm. Once the shutters were down, the room was very dark. Quiet location.

had a little difficult reaching the property because the host did not offered all the details in time. had to wait till the host responded to messages and phone calls when we already were at the location. we were lucky that there was a person (who also rented an apartment) who had the phone number which was available to call the host.

very nice looking and clean apartment. hosts prepared some cookies, sweets for us. also there is a coffee machine and capsules. silent zone, 20 minutes from train station.

5-10 minutes walk to the Expo. 5 minutes walk to a local supermarket Aldi. Easy access to bus to city center.

Since both days when we were staying there were cold and rainy we wished the heating was still working (end of May) - the nights were really chilly - other than that all was perfect.

A nice and very clean apartment with everything you need. The location is good, not too far from Bologna centre (some 25-30 mins walk or 10 mins by car, there's also a bus stop near the building). Many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the host extremely welcoming and kind. We were able to park the car in the garage beneeth the building free of charge. A good value for the money!

Difficult to find parking garage. We had to make two phone calls to the host before getting correct instructions and a key to the apartment.

Very friendly host but only limited English spoken. Safe, underground car parking. Apartment is close to a large supermarket for meal supplies.

A nice small apartment in a quiet part of town. Easily reached from station and centre by bus (pay 2 euros on bus 35). It is very suitable for short stays, but may be a little small for staying longer.

Location was fine, 20-30 minutes by walk from city center. It was clean and nice, market was near. Host is super polite. :)

The check in procedure is needlessly confusing. There is no buzzer to contact reception area. Would be simpler to send some precise instructions by phone or whatsApp in advance. Messaging on the booking app worked. Once contact was established everything ran smoothly.

Clean apartment with comfortable bed. Good wifi. Supermarket and bus stops close by. Staff friendly.

It is located quite far from the center, but it's so easy to access it with a bus (just use Google Maps - it will tell you when your bus leaves).

Quite spacious apartment with a queen bed, a tiny kitchen with everything you could need, even a coffee machine. The bathroom was big, well-equipped (even had a washing machine). There was AC in the apartment. A supermarket 3 minutes away was a life saver.

There was no "Olly Apartments" sign outside so we weren't sure we'd arrived in the right place, but this wasn't a problem as we rang the owner who let us in within 2 minutes.

The apartment was in a quiet area an easy 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. It was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The aircon and wifi worked well and it was a nice touch to have the coffee machine for our morning coffee!

The location is very close to the Fiere area and the concert halls. Nearby there is a pedestrian area and a cycling path bordering a large park. The apartment is quiet and easily accessible.
