Location is not bad, but I would prefer another part of the city to stay if i saw that place before Showers are fixed at the top and this makes it difficult to wash your entire body properly The door to the room did not close well, and it was noisy. Awful smell in the building outside hostel itself

The hostel is two longs floors up by stairs, not very comfy when you're traveling with suitcase! The main entrance is also upstairs the main level of the street.

The staff is amazing! Very kind and available for everything. They give you lots of eating recommendations, very good and cheap. The neighbourhood is great! Really near of the historical city centre. The room was huge! They have a payed washing machine in case you need it, and clotheslines from free. The breakfast is included, assorted and abundant!

We were in the double room, which is a very humid room. We let the window the whole time open and it was fine.

The hostel is very central in the old town. The breakfast was included. The common areas were very clean. The staff was friendly. They let us leave our luggage before and after our stay for the day without any problem.

There honestly was not much to dislike. The private rooms are in a different part of the building from the check-in area. Beware of carrying luggage that you cannot transport upstairs to check-in, although staff will be happy to help you. The private rooms had access to an elevator. Like most housing in Europe, the walls were thin. I think it is good to remember that families may be staying in the adjourning rooms.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They gave us a fantastic guide to places to visit and eat. Every recommendation exceeded our expectations, especially on a budget! The location was fantastic. It was right in the center of the old town. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go by foot. Farther places were accessible via a nearby taxi and bus stand. The facilities were clean and spacious. The shared bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked for our needs. We highly recommend staying here!

Not enough bathrooms (and no separate toilets). Noise from the street outside at night. Breakfast was all ultraprocessed packaged stuff (unless I caught them on a bad day) - some fruit would be nice.

Friendly little hostel in the old town in an interesting old building. Clean bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and lockers with locks provided. Staff responsive to questions. WiFi worked well. Free luggage storage. Better as a winter hostel though because no outside space.

Nothing as such. The hostel is at the third floor - But its Ok. No way for Lifts , as its a Old building

The Hostel is located approximately in Center of Genova . The main Square Piazza De Ferrari is just walkable distance . All the Shopping areas are nearby . Breakfast is simple , but essentially fulfilling. The building seems a old building , with medieval like paintings on the roof. Quite interesting. The Reception Staff was much helpful in guiding for the tours and the Important tourist spots in Genoa. Especially , The Staff Sara - was pleasant and very approachable and helpful for any City Related information.

The room was a little dusty and the washer machine wasn't working. Also the heat wasn't working properly, so it was a little cold at night

The staff was something else, absolutely friendly and at our disposal 24/7. They had a group chat were we could ask for tours or activities or whatever we needed. The building was old and beautiful and the breakfast was perfect. We had juice, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. Almost everything we needed to eat and I loved that they left the food there so you can eat all day if you wanted. I also loved that we had two different environments. So there's a building with a youthful and party vibes, like the hostel part. And also they had a quieter place where we stayed and it was perfect! The views were also so beautiful and the location is amazing

They don't have a compost bin, and the bedrooms don't have any real sound-proofing, so you can hear everything going on in the common area. When I was there, there were people partying until past midnight, so I didn't get a full night's sleep.

This hostel is close to both train stations and is a stone's throw from the middle of the old town. The staff are welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the beds come with (sizeable) individual lockers and bedside lamps.

My room had a dedicated shower, but it was so small that there were barely any space to put things down or dry off, and it was easier to use the other showers.

The hostel is perfectly located for a city getaway, next to one of, if not the main square, and a 10 minute walk down to the ancient port. In the area there are many bars, trattorias and shops. The facilities are a bit old, but the hostel is well organised, and the rooms are quite big, which is definitely a plus. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise, as it's normally not provided in hostels! Staff were super nice and accommodating, and the walking tour with Spyros was a nice addition. Would recommend for a young solo traveller!

Bathroom / Showers are a bit old and sort of soaked when you’re done with showering. Hard to leave the bathroom dry and ready, considering that it is located next to the 8-bed dorm or the common areas.

Friendly staff and located very central, all points of interest are within walking distance. I was allowed to lock my bike inside of the building which felt super safe to me. The surrounding buildings and the hostel itself are charming antique houses - so much flair inside and out, I liked that a lot.
