The “wellness” component of the hotel was disappointing, especially after leaving a similar type of hotel in Austria which really felt like a wellness hotel.

There was a lovely family feel at dinner with music, etc. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The shuttle to the lift was handy. The food was great.

The hotel guide is very limited - nothing about the restaurant and the need to book each night (which we were unable to do as we were at a competition and had no idea when we would be finishing). It is only open from 7.30 pm until 10.00, if you are going to be any later than 9.00 make sure you have a reservation. The English was limited and unfortunately our daughter, who has a little Italian was ill (nothing to do with the venue) and communication was not easy.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were mostly lovely. The pool is good (remember to ask reception for a swim cap if you don't have one). There is a decent gym (although no floor space, mats or swiss balls). The food was very good - mainly local dishes and there was a good selection of local wines. The bar keep was brilliant. And bonus - the WiFi worked well.

hotel room was very warm with no air con. Presumably this is because it is mostly aimed at the winter season and very well insulated. Staff were friendly enough although the vibe was quite formal.

Great breakfast, lovely pool and spa facilities, rooms clean ands modern. Lovely bathrooms.

The only, very minor, criticism is that there was not a coffee machine or kettle in the room. Many other hotels seem to have these now and it is a feature that we appreciate.

A very comfortable hotel, large and well appointed. The staff were excellent and the evening meals were superb and good value for money.

No air conditioning in the room. it was very hard to get some fresh air in the room as the windows couldnt be opened fully and as there was no air condition. We manged with the help of the hotel staf toipen the windows fully but only after 2 nights. A bit small room with a limited storage in the closets.

The breakfast room staff could have been abit friendlier.. but lets just stop there. this is the reason i gave it a 9 instead of a 10.

nice large rooms, super clean. good fast wifi. nice pool and tennis court to play and relax, just 5 min walk from center which for me was better then the center as i could just easily park the car there

The old rooms are not up to standard, with carpet and quite old bathrooms. It was a big group of people staying at the hotel and we went for dinner at the restaurant. Some of us went for the dinner menu but there was confusion when we were billed. It was probably just an oversight but it’s worth keeping an eye on it

The renovated rooms are really nice, spacious, clean and worm. The pool was nice too. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.
