The only issue was intermittent shower water.

Our stay was good. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great. The hotel's location near transport was convenient. Complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Some people might find the breakfast selection lacking, though for my needs the variety was enough. Opposite my room's windows was a pharmacy with a sign, which flashed through the entire night. The blinds can't hide it completely, but after the first night I didn't notice at all.

The staff were friendly. The room wasn't anything out of the ordinary, it had all the things you'd expect from a serious accommodation facility. Towels, slippers, shower gel and slippers were provided. There was also some water free or charge in the room's fridge, which is always very convenient.The breakfast was tasty. AC worked as expected. The location is quite quiet for Kadıköy standards.

The hotel is really rundown and in need of major renovation. Everything in the hotel is old. Rather bad sound isolation, very loud old air conditioner, half-broken toilet and keycard holder. It's OK for short stay like mine but I wouldn't recommend it even for a weekend city break.

The location. I actually picked the hotel because of its proximity to Kadiköy and Sögütlücesme, as I was arriving to one late at night and leaving from the other in the morning. The breakfast room is pretty spacious, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room is poorly maintained and smelled of smoke. One of our window lock was broken and open. Locking the room door was very difficult.

Easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! Paper walls was bad enough but when the room next door was making noise I went to the reception to complain and the staff did absolutely nothing! The guy at the reception looked at me like I had two heads for complaining about the noise! There was just no feeling of a hotel in the place, more like a hostel! Absolutely disgusting place and do not stay there whatsoever! To be honest I'm not a huge fan of giving any hotel a bad review but this place absolutely deserves it! There was barely lights in the room, the shower was broken, the air conditioning didn't work, I could go on all day, absolute dump! People really have to know how bad it is here!

Location is worth the money. It is in the heart of Kadikoy Square. The Manager and staff were very polite and helpful. We had some issue with the lights and the Manager sent a technician and got it resolved within few minutes. Ofcourse there might be issues, but good part was how fast it was resolved. Breakfast was good.

No English-speaking TV channels. No electric kettle in the room.

Reception staff (Kibra, Ayşenur, Çağlar and the others) are kind and helpful and speak good English. Quiet central location in Kadiköy, with good transport links (ferries, metro and Havabus station nearby). Moda seaside offers great walking and incredibly beautiful sunsets. Tasty breakfast with fresh products (I missed yoghurt, though). Comfortable and clean room: housekeeping does an excellent job! Free water added every day in the fridge.

Rate is high in comparison to near hotels... Facilties are limited.. Other hotels nearby have more facilities with less cost per night.. Parking problems.. Room was not as shown in the photos..

Small pieces of furniture to be fixed, but nothing huge, still ok.

The employees are very nice here, starting with the front desk, lady from housekeeping ( I stayed at 2nd floor, I think she is from Uzbekistan) and people from breakfast 💚. There is AC, bed is comfortable, enough space in the room. The hotel is not that new anymore, there are small things to be fixed, but it is ok for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is great, they serve many things: different types of eggs, cheese, olives, vegetables, fruits, sweets, tea, coffee. I thing they do great job, especially because there are a lot of rude tourists, they put tones of food on the table and not eating it or making sandwiches to eat later 🙄. I came for the week end but I liked it and I extended my stay for one week. I will come back for sure.

There was a leak in the bathroom which makes it really uncomfortable. Also the cigarette smell is very pervasive around the hallways and the rooms themselves.
