This is maybe my favorite hotel because of big, spacious room, somehow humanly, not cold, in the center of the city, but quite, fantastic staff, very good breakfast, and parking place just around the corner.

Rooms are dark a little bit, would deserve brighter main light.

Parking place - both outdoor and indoor (a little bit tight). Great cappuccino and various stuffed croissants for the breakfast (there are also other options of course but if you're fan of typical Italian breakfast, you won't be disappointed). Helpful staff.

Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff, it was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect, we had a fantastic stay. The breakfast was good and the hotel provided one to take with us when catching an early train. The room was spotless and large and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I know that you have to pay for the beverage’s at the Hotel, but they should have a free large bottle of water, when you arrive so late at night, or when you arrive, tired, thirsty and just want to relax a little when you arrive. So, don’t forget to buy water or something to drink before you arrive at the hotel.

The location was perfect 👍, the staff working there were brilliant, helpful and always willing to answer questions. Always a smile on there faces. The rooms were nice and comfy, satellite Tv, WiFi, everything l needed. One thing that l reacted to, was the price’s of the beverages that were available in the refrigerator. Needed water, so, l had to take from the refrigerator. The B&B where l stayed before, we received a large bottle of water for free. Didn’t pay anything. That’s the only thing l reacted to. The breakfast was excellent, and asked right away if l needed anything extre. The expresso was excellent, l can’t complain about anything when it comes to the breakfast and the service l received. I truly recommend this beautiful Hotel in Pordenone , where l was raised 60 years ago, and the Palace Hotel Morderna was here 60 years ago also. Enjoy this beautiful Hotel in Pordenone, where you will experience so much Culture, Historical Heritage, buildings, old pebble stone streets, and all you have to do is walk right outside of this beautiful Hotel to experience everything.

Upon arrival I requested that I needed an additional room for Thursday - Saturday. I was repeatedly told that the hotel was sold out. It was the manner in which this was handled that was awful. The male front desk staff that worked the evening was rude. His manner and approach to assisting me secure additional accommodation clearly made this a "my problem" not there's situation. After 2-3 days of this frustration of being asked to check tomorrow with a we don't have anything attitude, I simply went to my room, looked online and booked the SUITE that was indeed available. I mentioned that I did not care the cost, I just needed a space. Seems even if perhaps he could not offer me a room, the least he could have done was told me to check online as there may be options that he cannot access. No, NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were the best part of the stay. My original stay was from Sunday - Thursday in a single room. The bed was not comfortable, and the room was quite small. I also stayed on for two more nights, Thu-Saturday morning. Friday night and was booked in the suite which was much more accommodating. The bed was comfortable, room had several amenities and was plenty of space to work, sleep and prepare for your day or evening. The gym facilities were inadequate. Location was not inviting, equipment subpar. It's not accurate to advertise that there is a gym considering what was made available.

I can't say not like. Rooms are a little "old style" but they are still more than good enough.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location is right in the centre. Quiet. Room was big, kind of suite style. Parking great too.
