The property is beautifully done with wonderful frescoes on the ceiling. Spacious rooms with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

Tiziana was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure that we were settled and had what we needed for a four night stay. She was present every day. Room was spacious and had all items needed. Bed comfortable and prpvided a cpt for our 2 year old.

I like everything about the stay and would come again. Little far from center. To walk it is long distance but we did first day.

Friendly staff, nice balcony but most important that we had water in the room and when you travel long day, trying to find transportation, room it is very important you come to room and you have a water 🫠 that you don't need to go and look for it. Thank you 😊

The owner, Tiziana, was extremely nice and helpful, gave us all the information we needed about our trip in Florence, she was a great host and we would definitely recommend her to anyone. The accommodation has a unique, vintage style, but it’s still comfortable and very clean.

If you stay in the room by the reception there is a possibility to hear people in and out in the night. And receptionist discussing with customers if you spend the afternoon in.

It is a bit far from the city centre, taking ~45min to reach by foot or ~20min by bus. The isolation wasn't the best: you couldn't hear anything from the other rooms, but you could hear people talking normally outside.

The room was beautiful! The decoration and ceiling of the room were very much in synchrony with the Firenze artistic vibes. The host was super friendly, and the temperature was easily regulated to our own likings. The bed was large and comfortable!

The owners of this hotel were extremely helpful and superb. We arrived at the hotel late night and could not figure out how to open the door. The owner was willing to come to us immediately and show us how to open the door, even though it was late at Christmas. She helped us, as foreigners, in English, with arranging taxis, dealing with lost items, etc. As well as the staff, the rooms were decorated very lovely and there were even complimentary snacks and tea service. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip. I would stay there again if I had the chance. Thank you very much!

I'd say the location isn't the best because it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions. However, it wasn't a problem at all because we could catch the bus or walk a reasonable distance (3 km)

The staff paid attention to the details. Tiziana realised we were on honeymoon and prepared a surprise for us. Additionally, she clarified all our questions, gave us tips, and even sold bus tickets for us. Regarding the hotel itself, loved the decoration, the room was extremely clean, the heater was working fine and the bathroom was good.

I think the room is actually bigger than it was described. It was a very pleasant surprise, I was not expecting much as it was a lower price compared with the accommodation nearby but it was a very beautiful building and a nice spacious room.
