Central location, within walking distance to Duomo. Staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. Sabrina at the reception was always at hand to answer questions and make recommendations for places to eat. Very comfortable rooms with lots of art work. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

the check in time is inappropriate for early flights, I had an overnight flight and I arrived at 7:00 am in the morning and I contacted them before my flight by more than one week to have an early check in and nobody helps, they only took my bags and I was waiting from 7 am to 4 pm to have the room which was really awful!

The rooms are eclectically decorated which while I get what they were going for didn't quite work and felt a bit haphazard. The shower opening into the bedroom rather than being in the bathroom was an inconvenience rather than a fun feature, they really need to change that. Sometimes you do just want just a shower. Needs a socket and USB charging port either side of the bed, a small but picky detail. The lift while a whimsical vintage feature is impractical.

A great central location close to tourist sites, the popular Via Dante as well as some excellent non touristy restaurants. With a generous size room with a small balcony Palazzo Segreti was good value for money. The welcome was excellent with staff keen to assist and suggest places to dine and getting around. We arrived on an early flight and the reception looked after our bags and had them waiting in our room when we returned for a day's exploring. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep. There was no street noise though the noise in the hallway from returning guests on the same floor on the second night did carry and woke us. Breakfast service was to a high standard and there was a well curated choice to suit all tastes and diets, the service from the staff was again excellent. It was our fourth visit to Milan and we've stayed at a variety of hotels, this is one we would look to return to and would highly recommend.

Needs more hooks in the bathroom for towels. Air conditioning is provided but only at one setting & is on all the time.

The staff was exceptional and kindly arranged for a surprise cake for my father's birthday, the cake was delicious. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very central so we could quickly walk to the center. We enjoyed everything about our stay.
