The first day the room was not cleaned appropriately but from the 1st day on, no complaints on my side. The price is not crazy for the location but would suggest 50 Eur/night for 1 person.

The position of the hotel is really good. I also would like to thank the team at the reception for having been nice and helpful.

The single room is on the ground floor and there’s not much sound isolation, you could here steps most of the time, specially during early morning.

The hotel is well located and well connected to the centre. Also most of the locations can be reached by walk if you enjoy walking.

Not much important but the furniture was old. It is a bit difficult to reach the hotel by phone.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is not far from the center. You can walk to the center in 20 minutes. Espresso is free in the room :) Clean room.

My room the bathroom was outside the room, and the noise come from outside. The walls is not acoustic, so you hear everything outside the room.

There could be hammering noise heard from 5AM-7AM in couple of our rooms.

I had to call the hotel to confirm some questions, since they didn't answer my messages on booking.

Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, and the beds were comfy. The wall are a bit thin, but it wasn't a problem for me personally. The location was great for my own needs, and once you get the hang of the metro, it's easy to navigate around and get fast wherever you need.

When we arrived, there were dust bunnies under the bed. The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was extremely stressful for me. I booked Hotel Palladio because it was listed as a hotel with a 24/7 reception. After I booked, I received a message via booking.com that the check-in time was declined because it was after 22:00. My booking was non-refundable, so it wasn't clear what I was supposed to do. I reached out to the hotel, but they were not responsive, usually it took several days to get a response, and most of the responses weren't meaningful (I got several "JUST REMEMBER.... Check in time from 15:30 until 22.00", "CHECK IN TIME: FROM 15.30 TO 22.00. THE TIMES YOU INDICATED DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOUR REQUEST."). I persevered and tried asking the hotel whether we'd actually be able to get in when we arrive after 22:00, and I got a message that on the day of arrival we'd get a code which would allow us to enter. However, the day of arrival came, and we got no code. I called the hotel to ask about the code, and an employee said there would be someone waiting for us (at that point it was already hard for me to believe that this hotel could provide reliable information). Our flight was delayed, and when we finally landed, I wasn't sure whether we should try to go to Hotel Palladio or look for a different place to stay that night. However, when I called the hotel at 2am to ask whether we'd be able to enter, a very nice gentleman picked up the phone and said he was waiting for us. After we arrived, everything was smooth, the hotel staff is actually very nice. Maybe this was a combination of poor automation (multiple messages "check-in declined") and no one properly monitoring the inbox (different people were giving different responses).

It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful old palazzo. We liked the area - it's fairly quiet, but there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby.
