Nice hotel with an gorgeous view to a valley. The staff was super friendly and, therefore, you feel welcome there.

The owner is a nice guy , he , his wife and and their team are working hard to make it a worth while experience . Upon check out i spilled my water bottle by accident on the front desk, the owner gave me a new bottle free of charge . Little gestures go miles , and this is what resumes the experience in this hotel . we will go back

very very helpfull and nice staff . the owner family gives their best effort to make you feel good and happy. Especially “little” David is right for all unsolvable problems. outside of this nice host is the location fantastic and quite silent. the room is clean the restaurant is also good the prises are affordable.

Next to a noisy road. WiFi not working in the room. Playground area very worn down. Not really any nice views as one would expect from the name of the Hotel, but at least close to Bozen and the famous Dolomites.

Nice little hotel with a clean garden and swimming pool. Friendly staff, big parking place. Breakfast okay.

Very charming hotel, an extremely hospitable host and friendly staff - more Tyrol than Italy in a very warm and charming way. Our balcony was overlooking the valley, the river and Bolzano and we enjoyed the sunset, before going downstairs to a lovely dinner. We will certainly be back!

There where noise (music from a radio) long after midnight witch kept us awake. The noise started early in the morning again. The breakfast was ok, but there was a lot of musqitos on the food, which was disgusting. All over the hotel was not so clean, and lack of maintanence was clearly.

The staff was nice and the view was nice.

The manager was just too much he wouldn’t stop making comments about us two girls traveling and continued asking if we needed dinner or drinks despite us telling him no several times. The rooms were cold, outdated and the carpet was peeling off the wall at the corners of the room.

Breakfast was ok, and we were able to book only a day ahead of our stay.

We had to go to another hotel , in a different village. That hotel wasnt with panorama, or pool, or sauna, or a window for that matter.

Everything. It’s old, smelly (the scent of sigaret smoke was the first thing we smelled when we walked in) and has had it’s best days. You could tell that it has past it’s glory years, long ago. The beds are really old and lumpy and the sheets were made of 100 % polyester 😣. The shower didn’t work well and you could hear everything from your neighbors. We were welcomed by a man who resumed his lunch while welcoming us, which was very rude and distasteful.

Staff offered us other rooms, which was nice of them but the rooms weren’t any better. The owner gave us a bottle of prosecco because we decided to leave after 1 night (of 3). The view was great.

The only thing that in my opinion could be improved is the bed that was noisy.

I found the owner and all the stuff very friendly and professional at the same time, we felt very welcomed. The location is very panoramical and we will come back for sure.

This place is rather badly maintained and very smelly. I had to exchange the room as the one proposed smelled like ashtray. Its allowed to smoke inside the rooms, so everything is soaked wih the unplesant dusty smell. In the room it seemed that only bedsheets were exchanged from previous x number of guests. Bathroom not clean, black mould creaping out from shower, hair from previous ppl stay. The balcony is avoided by the cleaning staff at all cost. There is trash left from other ppl, not picked up by staff, dirt and spiders webs in the corner. We had an empty cigarette package left on our balcony (looking rather old), not picked up by cleaning staff after daily cleaning during our stay. This kind of issues found all over the place. Floor in breakfast room wanted to take off my shoes, it felt like covered with glue... Owner felt offended that we did not stay in his restautant for dinner and prosecco, what he expressed during our check out. This restaurant is the last place u want to stay in. Rather unpleasant experience.

We were very tired and slept. That counts for a +. Watermelon was great, apparently from owner's veggy garden.
