The WiFi was very weak and at times non existent. The bathroom is quite small.

The location is amazing. The staff were friendly and willing to store our luggage. Check in was quick however they do ask to retain your credit card details for the duration of your stay for damages. Breakfast though limited was good. We had cornettos and coffee. There was also cereal, fruit, juice, yogurt. The breakfast room is small so it's best to eat in your own room. There is a small lift in the building.

Shower very small. Breakfast could be improved. Actually, only Croissants and Danish and not served before 8 a.m. Breakfast area very small. Everything has to be taken to the room.

Nice hotel in the heart of Rome. Rooms cleaned daily.

Only negative I can say is the mattress on the bed was a bit too hard so not the comfiest.

Beautiful building, in the best location for a sightseeing weekend. The room was clean and couldn’t fault for a base after a busy day. Also great bonus having a balcony. Breakfast was lovely, pastries were fresh and tasty. All the staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our baggage for the whole day on checkout as we had a late flight home.

Location was excellent! We were very close to pantheon and walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. We Greatly appreciated that they held our luggage until our room was ready - this allowed us to start our Rome tour early. Complimentary Champagne in room was an excellent touch.

The room was a bit small, the tv was hung in an awkward place. Did not realise you had to have breakfast in your room with limited choice for breakfast. We chose to eat else where.

Excellent location. Breakfast is typically Italian (very tasty croissants and lots of different coffees). Very helpful staff. Towels were changed daily.

We had room 2 which was the smallest of all rooms, it was next to the breakfast area which was extremely noisy each morning from 7.30am. We booked via booking.com and the prices stated all tax were included. It also said we may be subject to €3.50 per room per night. On arrival we were asked to pay €6 per person per night in cash. This was significantly more than expected and not described anywhere on booking.

The location was amazing, glimpse views of the Pantheon were lovely. Breakfast was enjoyable, coffee and Croissants on our balcony every morning.

There was a bright light coming from the air conditioning unit that made it a little difficult to sleep but it wasn't a huge deal. The breakfast was quite simple with just a croissant. Some fruit would have been great.

The location was absolutely perfect!! I couldn't believe it when the driver brought us to the door the first time. Just steps from the Pantheon. We could see it's roof just outside our window. The small street was so quaint and beautiful. The view from our window was quintessential Italy complete with church bells ringing. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were in such a popular area. We loved being able to easily walk to Trevi Fountain and Piazza de Navona. We used the driver service from the airport and had a little issue with the timing of that but it all worked out and the driver was great. We were pleasantly greeted with a bottle of champagne in our room. We enjoyed having a separate room for our kids. It was a perfect start to our Italian vacation! I would definitely want to stay in the same place if/when I return to Rome. It was our favorite hotel during our entire vacation.

Breakfast could be better. Safe not working properly. Had to lock it with a key and carry it around with me. Electronic lock not working. Lift confined. Being six foot one inch the ceiling were a bit low and I hit my head at least three time. Also the shower unit was low and the drainage I think needed to the cleaned out causing an overflow.

We were in room 1 with the breakfast area immediately outside our room door. When someone left for an early departure or came back in the early hours of the morning and chose to use the coffee machine it woke us up as it was very noisy.

Location was excellent right next to the Pantheon. All the historic sites were walkable from the accommodation. Loads of restaurants in the immediate area. We were lucky to have a small terrace as well.

Fabulous location and the private rooftop terrace attached to our room was a welcome and beautiful refuge from the noise and chaos of the streets of Rome. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean.
