No power point for the watercooker and we missed a coffee machine in the room. Parking is expensive.

We had a great stay on a perfect location. Highlights were the bed (we slept like babies) and the a la carte breakfast (especially the arise yogi porridge). We visited in winter but I imagine the garden is amazing in summer.

The are a few details to be fixed in the property: the entrance ramp should be definitive and not just a temporary board place on the stairs; the room doors are not sound proofing, the partition between the rooms doesn’t isolate enough the rooms from each other noises (we could perfectly hear everything: music and everything else). Breakfast offer is quite limited (only 1 extra choice for sweet and salty apart from a limited buffet). The facility is ok, but not enough compared to the cost of the stay: it’s not worth almost 300€ per night.

The location is very convenient: a few steps from the city center and all public transportation (bus, train,…). The renovation kept most of the original detail.

It is in a very good position to see Bolzano but also get away from the crowds if one wants to. Beautiful old hotel with charm. Breakfast is very good & the bar area at night has a great atmosphere. We loved our short stay.

We had to take a shower in the bath and the shower screen was leeking which resulted in a bathroom that was wet all over. We had to use all towels to try and keep it a bit dry but this didn't really help. For such a hotel this didn't match our expectations.

Great location in the middle of a great city. Furthermore, we love the style of the hotel. Very tasteful.

Nice bar in yard, but the food is not good this time, not at the bar, not for breakfast. No hot food for the breakfast no any eggs or avocado toast, but they asked me to pay very high price for nothing. No tea, not tasty capuchino. Three brassery closed for lunch. The room is very small. They definitely need to change coffe machine and do something with food to propose for the guests better options.

We had a room with a very strange layout: the shower cabin was placed just a few meters from the bed, so when one person is having a shower the other person who maybe laying on the bed will have to stare on the showering person and there was no curtain or door in between the shower cabin and the bed

Great location, parking is just outside of ZTL. Very nice estaurant and bar. Rooms are a bit dated but everything works and confortable. Excelent staff all over the hotel.

Despite appreciating the design & decor aspect of the hotel (beautiful shared areas such as the bar), the room, bathroom & corridors felt quite empty & cold - lacking a couple of touches to make them feel more cosy & welcoming (plants, rugs etc.) The check-in was unfortunately not very friendly nor cheerful & despite having paid to upgrade our room to include breakfast, we had to pay a supplement at check-in because it didn’t appear in the system.

Breakfast was on point & great value for money, the bar is great as well & location ideal.

- there was no breakfast buffet which isn’t a problem. So you order your breakfast à la carte but unfortunately there were not enough waiters why you have to wait very long for your order to be served.

The mattress was a bit too firm for us and the curtains were not able to block out the light from the garden. There was a DJ the first night which was great but the windows did not even block out the sound of people laughing once we retired for the night. It was not a great night sleep and sore in the morning from the mattress. There are no outlets close to either side of the bed.

Beautiful property and well appointed rooms with mini bar. Parking was a breeze even with a full size SUV in the attached public parking garage. Restaurant was very nice and the bar in the evening was perfect for relaxing inside or out.

Our room was small and outdated.

I had a bad experience as I needed to change my reservation because my aunt became ill in Rome and needed to get there one day earlier. Which meant I needed to cancel my Third night. The front desk said I needed to contact booking. I was shocked as this was not customer friendly. I was at the front desk and now I need to spend my vacation time contacting booking.com. Well. It took me 90 minutes to find the telephone number. Once I made the call the booking.com ambassador was outstanding. The best I have ever experienced. She diffused my anger and corrected the situation. She saved the experience. The lady at that front desk was also good AFter booking addressed my concern. I also did not appreciate that the hotel bumped up my rate when the reservation was adjusted to two days. That was not ethical.

Restaurant staff not as friendly as hotel staff. Took us a while to get served and no one came back to clear our plates or ask if we wanted anything else.

Beautiful refurbished hotel with restaurant on site. Staff at hotel went out of their way to help us with a rack to hang our washed laundry on! We had a smaller room but it was comfortable and clean with spacious bathroom.
