Magnificant stay in beautiful Tuscany region. Grazia and Oscar are the most lovely hosts you can think of. The house is beautiful furnished and the garden with pool is the perfect place to relaxe. Homemade breakfast was outstanding. We will definetely come back!

This place is pure magic if you are looking for a relaxed stay in Tuscany. The Service at this place is above all expectations! Not anything is impossible and they give you very good recommendations for food and wine and whatever you are looking for. we loved that we got an historical intruduction about the house, the materials and so on - this made this place even more special! the whole enviroment is super clean and comfy! we really recommend this place and would definitly come back when staying in this region again! :) in

The hosts, Grazia and Oscar, are extraordinary, loving people with an amazing eye for details (in and outside the house). Their small "zoo" of animals (cats, dog, horse, frogs) is a bonus on top. Grazia's breakfast that you can order separately was super delicious and enjoying it in their beautiful garden was just lovely. An amazing spot for people who want to relax but also for those being on the road a lot that like to come home to a peaceful place after a long day of sightseeing. Grazia's and Oscar's (and the animals') hospitality and warmth and the feeling of living in such an old house with a lot of history are absolutely unique.

We just had the most incredible stay at Podere Pievina Delle Corti - Dimora di Campagna! From the moment we arrived, Grazia and Oscar, the hosts, welcomed us with open arms and the warmest smiles. Their hospitality made me feel like I was visiting long-lost friends. The medieval house is an absolute gem, exuding history and charm in every corner. It's like stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts. Each morning, I was treated to a true Italian breakfast that left me absolutely speechless. Homemade pastries, freshly brewed coffee, and a variety of local delicacies – it was a culinary journey we won't forget. The true treasure of Podere Pievina Delle Corti is undoubtedly the garden. Lush, vibrant, and impeccably manicured, it was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. We enjoyed lazy afternoons under the shade of trees, sipping local wine and feeling utterly content. During our stay at Podere Pievina Delle Corti, Grazia, our wonderful host, recommended some nearby cities and places to explore in the stunning Tuscan region, all easily accessible by car. The space surrounding the house was beautiful and we loved learning about all of the efforts made by the owners to preserve and enhance the natural ambience. The pool was a wonderful part of the property given the very high temperatures during our stay.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Wonderful hosts at a lovely Tuscan farmhouse. Better than we could have imagined. We also loved the tour of the gardens and meeting all the animals! Having to leave. What an excellent stay with so much to offer.

a number of very positive experiences each day. In the morning, birds singing, beautiful landscape out the bedroom window, anticipation of another wonderful breakfast created by Grazia along with a smooth cappucino or two. A stroll over to the area overlooking their property, their horse, the olive trees, and eastern view offered sense of Italian life. In a video we watched, Rick Steves had urged travelers to merge with the people and culture of Italy. We did right there, and what a reception. I enjoyed the discussions with Oscar and Grazia about Italian life, places to visit, local history, and water resources. Each day was magnificent. Their location is ideal for the traveler renting a car, Umbria and Tuscany exploration is ideal east or west in direction. Everything was reachable within 20 minutes to 45 minutes, depending upon own plans for the day. We returned each night around 10:30 or 11 pm as we absorbed so many experiences in key towns and countryside. The roads are excellent in access and condition. Local restaurants provide a fine meal, good wines, and hospitable hosts who share their insights about the area. The evenings were very quiet, receptive to the new explorer, offering rest and tranquility. And then, Emmie would look for you in the morning, wait, to escort you to your breakfast.

Staying with Grazia and Oscar in their beautiful Tuscan country home was an absolute dream. They are, first of all, one of the nicest and most welcoming couples we have ever met. As soon as we stepped foot onto their lovely property, we felt like we were becoming part of a family. Their home is an amazingly-preserved historical property with the most splendid garden and views of the sweeping countryside. Our room was very well furnished with an extremely comfortable bed and with our own bathroom just a quick step across the hall, and every morning Grazia would stock the fridge upstairs with water and sparkling juices to take with us on our daily adventures. We had the absolute best breakfasts handmade by Grazia every morning of our stay - freshly made pastries and cakes, savory treats, and homemade yogurt with fruits taken from their very own garden. My husband and I instantly fell in love with the couple's precious and spunky dog who would frolick in the garden or curl herself at our feet as we relaxed on the lounge chairs in the back garden or near the pool. One of the very best moments of our stay - and in fact one of the best moments of our whole trip to Italy - was being able to spend time with Grazia in her kitchen learning how to make several different types of pasta, and then enjoying what we had prepared for dinner on the patio with her and her husband. We talked outside for several hours until well past sundown, chatting and learning about each other's lives while we watched fireflies flicker around the lawn. It was magical! Neither my husband nor I wanted to leave on the last morning of our stay. But we certainly know that the next time we come back to Tuscany, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

Breakfast was homemade and fresh from their home grown garden. Everything was truly wonderful. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor areas were beyond beautiful. Oscar and Gratzia have done an amazing job of rennovating this 17th century farmhouse and maintaing it's ancient character while providing all the comforts of home. My time at Podere Pievina was more than I could have asked for. The cooking class was so fun and the food was delicious!

The best guesthouse I've ever stayed in, and probably will ever stay in! Grazia and Oscar are the perfect hosts, we shared so many laughs, unbelievably good Tuscan food and greatly enjoyed our chats. We loved being around the cats, Emy the dog and Spin the horse too. The gardens were incredibly beautiful and the farmhouse has been lovingly and authentically restored. It was perfect. We can't thank Grazia and Oscar enough... an unforgettable experience staying with them. I wish we could stay every year.

Our stay in Podere Pievina Delle Corti was absolutely amazing. Grazia, the host, is so kind and makes the most amazing breakfasts and diner. We were the only guests so it was all very personal and special. The room is comfortable and clean. The garden with pool is wonderfull. And the environment is stunning!! We also did a cooking class which was really fun and delicious. If you want a unique Tuscan experience during your holiday, don't look any further and book a room at this place. The property is very charming, with it’s rustic feel and rolling hills surrounding it, we definitely wished we could have stayed longer. It is easily accessible by car and restaurants are within less than a 10 minute drive but you get to enjoy the lovely Tuscan countryside. The hosts Grazia and Oscar are very nice and lovely to chat with. Everything is done with a lot of care and a lot of attention is given to everything that is prepared for the breakfast/brunch and is locally sourced. Their pets are very cute.

Only point to work on: a way to lock the bedroom from te inside. We were staying there alone, so no problem for us, but if there's multiple rooms occupied, that might be helpful. ;-)

A beautiful house from 17th century with a great garden. The property has tree bedrooms upstairs for guests, with a common area including a big table and fridge and we were lucky to be there in easter time alone. The bed is absolutely amazing, great pillows, spacious room. Simple and cozy, it has everything you need. Great shower but a bit tide if you are tall as we are. Wonderful breakfast, made by Grazia herself (one of the owners), she is not just a sommelier, but a spectacular cook. We had 6 wonderful days exploring Tuscany staying here. It’s very well positioned, you can easily get into the main cities from 30 to 40 min away. Grazia and Oscar are wonderful people and we will definitely comeback.

As soon as we have arrived at the Podere It was already clear that It would have been a wonderful weekend getaway. What we couldn't expect was your hospitality, your kindness and how passionate and pure people you would be. The home cooked dinner was simply awesome and we felt at home and this is not something that you are lucky enough to experience often. This place is simply lovely. What can we say. We’d rather not write a review so we can keep this place to ourselves. The Podere is run by Grazia and she is the best host you”ll ever find. Has great suggestions for daytrips and knows all the best restaurants in Tuscany and far beyond. She is an excellent cook, so ask her to make you dinner! The house is very nice and surrounded by beautiful, typical Tuscan landscape and not far away from the major sights. Take a day to explore the Val d’Orcia! Then, in the afternoon, take a dip in the pool and enjoy a glass of wine that Grazia has selected for you. You”ll be happy.
