Air con was not on but we were provided with a fan but it was tricky with high temperatures. Shower was hard to control temperature and water went everywhere but still usable. Furniture basic, balcony needs work.

Location was good although long incline from central desenzano, pretty and easy walk to all amenities, close to the station. Staff were available 24/7, kept luggage on last day. Bed was comfortable.

If traveling by car it is hard to stop in front of the hotel to load luggage. Otherwise public paid parking place is about 50meters away.

Ensuite wetroom, double bed and bunk beds was fine for me for one night, its functional but may not be to everyone's taste.

Great location next to the train station, ideal for weary travellers. Night and day staff very knowledgable and helpful. Short walk to lake, restaurants and pharmacy. 40minute scenic walk or take Bus (bus stop opposite train station) to Simione for a lake cruise.

Hotel is very dated and definitely requires a refurb. The cost of the hotel is probably slightly too much for the facilities you receive. TV didn’t work and more than a few stains. Unfortunately the great location probably doesn’t outweigh the negatives but is a solid choice for somewhere just to rest your head whilst visiting the lake for a night.

The cleanerman was kind of weird. He left some notes to our room which was pretty creepy and made us a bit uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was very nice!

#The bathroom was quite small, so then you shower you are almost standing inside of the bidet. Also the shower had no curtain or anything and so was kinda hard to not get the all bathroom wet. But was still OK and not that bad. #Another thing, there were no places to hang stuff in the room or in the bathroom so we had to hang the towels inside the closet.

We had a room with 2 beds and they were fine. #The room was in the first floor and had high windows, so not so much air but still the room was quite OK and not that hot (outside was really hot) so that was good! #They have someone in the reception all the time so we could do the check in also really late.

The room was very cold. In the room, there was a heater but very old-fashioned and very dusty, we were really afraid to use it. When we came, we got a problem with hot water and also the flow of running water was very weak. We tried it in the evening and also in the morning, and the water was still not hot enough. Also, I wrote especially to the receptions twice before our stay if they provide breakfast and they confirmed. When we came so they told us that breakfast are not served. The receptionist was very nice and advised us of some cafes around. But, if I knew this information, I would definitely choose another hotel around, because they served breakfast in the morning..

The room was big with a balcony and a private bathroom. Upon our arrival, there was a young receptionist and he was absolutely nice and helpful and answer all our questions.

this hotel had an electricity problem so I was changed to another hotel, for the price is very disappointing. the double bed was 2 beds joined, as a couple is impossible to sleep because someone has to be on the middle where the 2 beds join and they move apart so yes you will sleep in a hole with backpain. the toilet was not completely clean and there were still hairs from previous guests.

The interior design and the facilities have definitely seen their best days which didn’t make the place very cozy. I also saw some ants in my room. The room was very small even for one person. Having so old facilities, I think this place was also too expensive (+ no breakfast included in the price).

Having read the reviews, I didn’t expect much. The staff was friendly and the bed was narrow but actually very comfortable to sleep. The location was quite good.
