There is no door between the bedroom and sitting area, could add another level of convinience when friends stop by.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got an immediate upgrade at the check in time on the top floor. The rooms were magnificent, all high quality material, well thought layout. Bathroom with a bath tub and a shower, combination of 2 types of shower heads: rainfall and removable flexible. Convinient walkin closet with places for 2 suitecases to unpack. Seating area with comfortable sofa and chairs. Robes and slippers were nice touch for the comfortable stay.

Buffet breakfast was very good, but could use a few more options such as smoked salmon, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, etc.

Upgraded to a junior suite, which was very much appreciated. Perfect central location. Design was outstanding, and staff were all friendly and professional.

We booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Turin. They were simply AMAZAED. My Mom said it was PERFECT. The room was extremely spacious, the quality of all the materials used was superb. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because it allows to view the city on foot. Some shops even gave discounts when they found out what the residence of my parents was :)) It is pricey, no, expensive I would say, but since it was for a special occasion, it was totally worth it :) So if you can aford it, grab it!

Small things,bed a little firm! and would be nice to include egg options at breakfast in price rather than charging extra . More importantly MUST take more care with allergen labelling as a mistake was made at breakfast regarding lactose content and I was informed after consuming,fortunately I have an intolerance not an allergy which could have been far more serious.

Didn’t answer my question about needing a bathing suit. Talked on the phone for 10 minutes while we were checking in. Pillows too firm. Decorative photo of cars was loose in its frames. Just expected perfection at this price.
