The machines of the gym are not maintained, they make a lot of noise and are on the edge of breaking down. The Hotel is getting old and one can see it. Fancy plastic showers in the room are narrow and unconfortable.

There was a smell, like pool water in the room. I couldn't figure out the do not disturb feature on the door, so room cleaning came in and closed the window while we were away. But once it's aired out the smell goes away.

The location was very convenient. The balcony view was incredible! The breakfast was delicious. The parking was great! The shower was the best ever, combination of a waterfall, foot wash, and standard water wand. The color scheme was also great! It was also very clean! Not a single web or bug to be found!

The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly, the breakfast more than adequate, the restaurant is very good and the pool is refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The location is right off the highway but it is very quiet.

The hours of the pool should also be indicated. I paid the money and reserved the hotel so that I could use the pool at night, but I was unable to do so. I had intended to go there to unwind in the pool after a long day, therefore I was unhappy that I was turned away. On the booking.com platform, there were no pool hours listed. Additionally, breakfast wasn't served in the morning. When I arrived at around 9.30, there was nothing left, and there was still one hour to go. When I asked for plates, the staff member absolutely disregarded us. Thus, it ended up costing us extra time and money to go out for breakfast. Additionally, when I went to the front desk, they got into an argument rather than offering an apology, and when I indicated I wanted to complain or leave feedback, the front desk agent suggested that I do it online by sending me an email rather than asking her management or registering it there. Really dissatisfied with the entire situation.

I liked the location of the hotel and the room was big enough.

Really really good. Lovely swimming pool. Staff really friendly. Nice breakfast. Free private parking. Easy access to the motorway. Middle of the night we had to turn off the Aircon. It was cold 😁 perfecto.

Very good location if you want go to other cities too. Nice staff, delicious meals and coffee. With dog it's also very comfortable. You can take the dog also in the restaurant. Room was good, clean and comfortable. You can park with the car next to the room. It was a really good choice.

Carpet in the corridors between rooms was dirty, the shower head was not 100%. Could not adjust the temperature in the room and it was cold.

The room with terrace was nice, the bed was very comfortable. The dinner was very satisfying.

Wifi was absolutely unavailable and only worked at the reception area. Spa wasn't included in the room cost and it was as extra paid service and expensive. Very poor Breakfast and always out of stock even few variations.

the room was very clean and spacious, the staff were all great, the cleaning staff cleaned the room thoroughly everyday. the distress massage is over the moon it was just a wonderful experience

Location off the motorway if that's an advantage.

The temperature in the hotel was too high. The room was 27C and they would not turn on the air conditioning because it was “October”. The rooms are dated and there is very little useful light besides the large fluorescent tube lamp that nearly blinds you. The bathtub is a slippery death trap. Beds were hard.

I was charged 2 extra euros, the bills says it was for the rent of something, I assume this was for the parking slot. The expresso from the coffee machine at breakfast is below the Italian standards. You can get very good expresso from the bar, but for those people who needs a lot of caffeine in the morning it is sub-optimal to have to order it s often.

room very clean, with a nice smell. The parking slot facing the room was very convenient. It is quiet. Breakfast was excellent. They changed the organization, now it is self-service except for the (good) coffee, which you still have to order to the staff. I did not try the pool.
