No evening meal available to guests on a Friday unless we paid extra to join a Spa event and breakfast whilst nice was limited.

There's not much to say here, the hotel practically works great. I know from personal experience that it is the frequent presence of the manager (although I think it was directly owner). With this I would like to thank him very much for the stay. Maybe I would mention only 2 things that I missed but they are really small things and that is the light on the balcony although it is only a matter of time when it will be finished because the electrical wiring is ready for it. And the second thing is the missing little handle on the outside of the balcony door so that the guest can close the door when they want to spend time outside.

I really liked almost everything. From the entrance you can see really nice situated hotel in front of the mountain Massive. It has really nice garden and it is well maintained as all the property. There was a really nice welcoming lady at the reception who helped us with all our questions. I can not say anything about wellness because we did not try. We found a really nice lake about 1h by car so we prefered natural swimming. Parco Lavino is about 20-30min by car. The room was very clean with a balcony with a view to the mountain massive. I can say that whole property was really well cleaned. The included breakfest was also very satisfying. I did not like the presentation, it was little bit old-school, but that is the problem in whole Italy and also mine, because I am working in the industry for a long time and I saw a lot of better presented breakfasts. On the other hand the product served was really high quality with local production and own production. Everyone who take the breakfast should ask for the peach juice. We did get a dinner here because there were some home restaurants around that we wanted to try. I am pretty sure that they are doing pretty good ala carte dinner because the restaurant was quite busy in the evening and the menu was nice structured. What I really appreciated was the economy of the hotel. Whoever runs the building puts a lot of emphasis on saving both resources and the environment, but at the same time the guest was not disadvantaged. All

Unfortunately the SPA closes at 8pm and there is no access after 6pm (mon to thurs).

Great peaceful location, close enough to main roads. Elegant place with a great bathroom and a superb restaurant. A classic location for events.

Sound proofing could be better.. noise from adjacent room and the near by highway. Dinner menu is a bit pricy. Hotel guests should get a discount in spa entry fee

The only thing I would recommend is to have bath robes for smaller guests. And a size smaller “flip flops”. I would suggest they provide hair conditioner and body lotion along with the shampoo and bath soap.

The staff are great! The restaurant is wonderful they use local ingredients with attention to detail. Options for meat eaters as well at vegetarian. This is a boutique resort and is a lovely quiet oasis. The spa is extra but well worth it if you order the finger food lunch it will easily feed two! I hope to return here one day. It was very special.

Very little to not like. The most difficult thing was everything, of course, being in Italian, but Google translate worked well.

Great hotel, brilliant location for exploring the area, The staff were all helpful and friendly, room was clean and had a comfortable bed and a good shower. Very good value for money and happy to go back again. Great view from our room, as the picture shows.

All employees to wear the anticovid Mask (not sure why one guy only - I guess the owner - was never ever wearing the mask despite the requirements for all the others and the rule ). The elevator noise (I guess only applicable for my room close to the elevator).

There is no price list or menu in the room for the beverages in the mini fridge, so you do not know how much you will be charged for them. The food in the restaurant needs a lot of improvement. The pizza was too hard and the description of the food was far more creative than the actual food...

Paid nearly full price for the spa, which was just a swimming pool (€70 for two people), paid €60 euros for a massage from someone who obviously didn't know what they doing, and the lady I assume to be the manager was smoking behind the reception desk. Nice place, shockingly run, rubbish location.

Room was fine. One staff member went above and beyond, and was clearly embarrassed by her colleagues.
