The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay and the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the night we arrived at the venue, Guiseppe is a great host and gave us all the details we needed to get around Rome and also the maps to help us navigate the city's attractions. Even though breakfast was not included, he had an arrangement with a café around the corner that serves freshly baked croissants and drinks which was subsidized for his guests and affordable too. The coffee machine at the reception was great. Overall, my daughter and I had a lovely stay and we will recommend it to our friends and families looking to travel to Rome. The Wi-Fi was great too.

Nothing bad to say about this apartment.

The room was very clean, and well designed. There was everything you need, even coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. The host was very nice. The apartment is only 20 min walking distance from the Colosseum, so you can walk anywhere. And if you wish to use the metro, it is a few minutes away from the apartment.

Is not that I didn't like it, but more of an observation. If you are overweight or bigger size, you might not enjoy the shower, because it is quite small. Also, it didnt happen to have noisy neightbours, so we were not bothered at all, but the soundproof is not the best.

It was comfortable and clean and we got good rest during our stay here. I liked the fact that there was a coffe machine in there, so i didnt have to go out for coffe. Giuseppe was very welcoming and can provide info if you need.

This stay was truly exceptional! The host was absolutely wonderful – kind, friendly, and always happy to help. They made me feel right at home from the very beginning. The room itself was fantastic. It was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Relais 155 in Rome. The hospitality was exceptional, and Giuseppe's proactive approach truly stood out. The place exuded charm, creating a lovely atmosphere. The location is excelent , close to the Manzoni metro. The room is extremely confortable and the owner very helpful and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying with Relais 155 Guest House.

The hotel is called Bed and Breakfast, why breakfast, never realized :)

Very nice place, totally justifies its rating. Very friendly staff. They met us, showed and told us everything. The room is clean, warm. In the common area microwave, kettle and other kitchen utensils. Lovely elevator closet :) The Colosseum is a short walk to the Colosseum. No large grocery stores nearby, only small ones.

Perfect place to crash in Rome. Property was cllser to train station and many resturants ( italian, indian, thai, chinese, latin american cuisines) and a sheesha bar.

How attentive the hosts where. The location is directly beside the metro and a carrefour. The room was spotless and very comfortable and beautiful. they also provided communal coffee facilities and kitchenette. Francesca and her father are some of the nicest people we have ever met and you should have no reservations about staying with them

It was a pity to see the beautiful streets filled with rubbish bins overflowing. Two experiences of using taxis not great , impatient and snarly.

We ate out. Location was perfect, walking distance to metro and walking distance from many of the main attractions we set out to visit. Food and wine amazing 😉 we would definitely like to return. For us the welcome at the guesthouse was so important and kick started our fun exploration of the city.
