our room was unfortunately missing mosquito nets. Other than that just an improvement suggestion: with that nice court you can easily do an aperitivo formula that people that staysbin the pool can enjoy

Absolutely amazing peaceful place for vacation. A well-maintained swimming pool right next to the rooms with a beautiful view of the distant hills. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. They even allowed us to shorten our stay without penalty due to our son's illness. We were very satisfied in every way.

My only suggestion would be to have coffee/tea making facilities & perhaps fruit in room for the jet lagged early risers waiting for breakfast to open. It’s a breakfast worth waiting for though. I only wish I was there longer.

I loved the authentic feel, the pool.. the room size and bathroom size. The peace and calm is something else. The staff were very Accomodating

The rooms are outdated and very dark. Even though the property is incredible, the room was clearly not what I expected. The AC also wasn't working and there wasn't a fan, so if you go in summer keep that in mind. Given the conditions of the room, I would only stay one night to experience the property and the Tuscan countryside.

The location is amazing - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside and only 15 minutes by car from Siena (perfect if you want to go out for dinner at night in Siena). The property is beautiful and the breakfast was also very nice. The atmosphere and view is absolutely incredible.

Position of the property and overall surrounding is amazing. You feel real Italy there. Kids enjoyed the pool and we as parents the beautifull nature around. It is just a step to Siena and other typical places are close too.

Air conditioning wasn't working at first, but they fixed it. Just a suggestion: could have some place for hanging the wet swimming clothes and a small safety light near the bathroom would also help a lot. I'd prefer one bed for the couple instead of two put together.

Beautiful place, comfortable, among green fields, vineyards and nature. Close enough to Siena, easy to find, perfect pool, good breakfast options. The family room by the pool was big and comfortable. Pool towels were provided. We loved this place!

The rooms could do with more hanging space for towels- very difficult to dry towels so you end up getting new ones each day. Pool very tough on the eyes- PH is out of balance.

Great setting, easy parking. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. coffee was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. A few good local restaurants.

We got locked out of our room after hours and the after hours phone number provided could not offer no help. They didn't seem aware that they were an out of hours service for this hotel.

Flexibility to check out a little later. Lovely staff.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area around 10-15 from the center of Siena. The breakfast could be enjoyed from the beautiful terrace and was very good with lots of different things to choose from. The staff was also very kind and helpful and handed us a list with recommendations where to eat, at what time which restaurant was closed and what food you could eat there. The swimming pool area was also very nice and clean.
